I booked our private transfer from Klook the day before our flight. I booked it to get us from our hotel around 12:40pm but our driver was early and it was good. Mr. Abbas - our driver, he is very polite, an excellent driver and we got into the airport smoothly. He is also good and easy to communicate with as he knows how to speak in English. The car was also clean.

The driver was excellent. He showed up at the hotel a little bit early, which was fine with us. His SUV was large enough to fit all of our luggage.

Sharing an experience with my driver for a transfer from KL city to airport. Abbas reached out to me one day before and arrived early at the agreed location. A very responsible and friendly driver. Car was very clean and had a smooth and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

This was a very smooth ride. All thanks to Abbas he was very understanding and respectful! Abbas came on time and helped us with our luggage. He knew we were tired and wasnt very talkative which I really value!

Our driver named Abbas arrived early, to avoid Friday after-work heavy traffic. We departed late by 30minutes due to my late prepation but Abbas was so kind to wait for us. We really thank him for his kindness. Overall we are satisfied with the comfortable ride to the airport.
