  Our tour guide Mr Rudran was so professional. He explained the history of Malaysia, visited a lot of places ,He took care of us senior citizen very well. Highly recommended tour guide ! We had so much fun! Thank you Rudran job well done!

  Nishant was an excellent tour guide. He took us to many sights in Kuala Lumpur, picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel in Plaza Sentral. The air-conditioned SUV was comfortable and he negotiated traffic smoothly, dropping us off very close to each of our stops along the way. He was friendly and outgoing and his English was quite good. We saw Temples and Shrines, towers and gardens, visited the Central Market, Independence Square, and Chinatown and had time for lunch as well. He provided historical and cultural background on the sites we visited that was interesting and worthwhile. We really enjoyed our time on the tour!

  1. Driver told us PetronasTwin tower tickets are available only one day prior if this was the case why were we not informed one day before? 2. Did not follow Viator route map. 3. AC was not powerful in the car. 4. Parked car outside the Batu entrance instead of parking it inside the parking lot of Batu Caves. 5. He could have taken indoor visiting places first as it was hot and then the outdoor places but he did exactly the opposite. 6. Overall not a good experience for the kind of amount paid. Will not recommend this package to anyone.

  Good experience of getting a private tour of the city covering most of the key attractions. Tour started and ended on time and our driver cum guide Salman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

  Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Fauzi is everything you could want in a tour guide — personable, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have the best possible time. He provided rich, engaging insights at every stop, took us to a fantastic lunch, and even surprised my parents with coconut drinks that they absolutely loved. Small gestures like that go a long way. He is also an excellent, safe driver — punctual, organized, and clean — and we were able to hit every spot we wanted within our 8-hour tour without feeling rushed. What really stood out was how attentive he was to our specific needs. I mentioned ahead of time that my mom has some difficulty with extended walking, and without hesitation, Fauzi adjusted the itinerary to accommodate her. That kind of flexibility and care is rare. I have traveled to over 40 countries and been on countless tours. This ranks among the most professional and informative I have ever experienced. If you are booking this tour, do yourself a favor and request Fauzi by name. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  We efficiently toured Kuala Lumpur in a single day. It was a great deal because it included Batu Caves. We were able to skip the afternoon stops at the pewter, batik, and ginseng shops, but the visit to Royal Selangor was excellent. Salman is a safe driver and a guide full of humor. It’s the perfect tour for making the most of a limited amount of time.
