Petronas Twin Towers
At a height of 451.9m, the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers is a world-renowned icon of modern Malaysia. 5.00We had a fantastic city tour in Kuala Lumpur with our driver, Nishant Ramesh. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture. Nishant went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got to see all the main attractions. His driving was smooth and safe, and he was always friendly and patient throughout the day. We truly appreciated his warm personality and attention to detail. Highly recommend booking a tour with Nishant if you want to experience KL in the best possible way!

5.00Our guide’s knowledge about the history of Malaysia is very impressive. He enlightened me about the nine kings of Malaysia. He also mentioned the king who lived at the national palace every five years.

1.00My experience was HORRIBLE! Please avoid this company. A woman contacted me the night before, explaining that due to illness, a different person would do the tour. When this new person arrived, I soon realised that her English was not the best, as it was not easy to communicate with her. I asked her to contact the lady who messaged me last night, as the replacement lady was unable to provide us with some basic information about the Petrona Tower. I ended up talking to a guy who was extremely rude to me. He did not allow me to speak, and was laughing at me and threatening me by saying that the conversation was recorded. He said that I did not pay for a tour when the title of the activity is called: Kuala Lumpur City Tour Full Day 8 hours. He said that I paid for a service that included a driver to take us around and take photos, and that was it. I said that what was the point of doing that, as we could just use Grab and move around as we please. I tried to explain that when we hire a TOUR, it is a guided tour and not a taxi, but he was shouting at me and eventually stopped talking to me. I have the feeling that he did not like the fact that a woman was talking to him(hence this is a muslim country). I will contact Viator personally on Monday to ask for my money back. What a waste of time and money!! I always book all my tours with Get Your Guide; it was the first time I tried with Viator, but never again!

5.00This private tour is simple but great. Our driver Shiva is very skillful in driving and knows short cuts. He respects his customers well and gave information to the important buildings. So you can be sure everything is under control. It’s more than I expected
