No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)

It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)

During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.

As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.

For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Lunch at own expenses

Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions

This was an ok tour, especially for your first day in KL just to get a quick overview of the sites you can see. Our tour guide was ok. He was a little bit difficult to understand at times, but he was very nice. The best, most worthwhile part, was the trip to Batu caves as you can't easily get there on your own. However, there wasn't a lot of time for it. Another favorite part was the Central Market and Chinatown area stop. With this stop as well, there wasn't enough time. They also made 2 stops at shops which seem to be so the tour companies can make a little money as well in the form of kickbacks. They give everyone a sticker with a number one it so they know which tour company you are with when you make your purchase. The first one was a batik shop which was actually educational so I didn't mind that at all. They show you how they do their art and let you try as well. The 2nd stop was quite ridiculous. It was a chocolate shop. They tell you in about 15 seconds how they make chocolate using plastic models. They then send you into the rest of the shop. You get 2 different samples, and that's it. It was clearly a money making scheme that many people fell for. This should be cut out of the tour in order to give more time for the other stops. For example, at the Chinatown stop, the tour guide should also guide us into the Chinese and Hindu temples. However, he just told us about them and left us on our own. This was also a lunch stop, so there was no time to do eat, visit the temples, and shop on Petaling street. The Batu caves should have been a 1 1/2 hr stop, and the Chinatown stop a minimum of 2 hours. We had ended up finishing 2 hours early, so there was definitely time to make those stops longer and have the tour guide take us into the temples. All in all, it was a nice tour, but stopping at the chocolate shop just to get some kickbacks knocked off 1 star. And cutting the tour short overall but shorting us time to see the main sights knocked another one off.

It was a brief but beautiful trip, and although the time was limited, the compact arrangements and the detailed explanations of the guide to Kelvin brought deep memories. Whether it is to appreciate the landscape along the way, to visit the various attractions to take photos, can be done in plenty of time.

Quick stop over many areas. Quite enjoyable. Good information given by guide on history and places to go. Guide ensured we knew where to be and when.

Wilsonguide is professional and friendly. I recommend Kuala Lumpur date tour~ You can explore all over Kuala Lumpur in a short time, and it is recommended to have a cooler and professional guide than the city tour bus.

Darwin was so nice and informative. He was always telling us more about Malasya and its culture while also being funny and lightening the mood with a few jokes. Mr. Abu drove super well, so much so that I didn’t even think about the driving because it was so smooth. Highly recommend doing this tour with them :)
