  We had an extra day in Singapore so decided to visit Kuala Lumpur for the day. This layover tour was the perfect way to spend the day with a driver/guide and return home. It was a worldwind tour but I feel we got to see everything. I had a hard time understanding the accent of my driver but my wife understood him just fine.

  Our local guide and driver was Stan and he was wonderful! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver. We ended up having a much shorter than planned time in Kuala Lumpur but Stan worked hard to help us get the most of our limited time. I’m very grateful for his willingness to make our trip as good as it could be. He was very mindful of the time we needed to get back to the airport to make sure we didn’t miss our connecting flight. He was able to put our carryon luggage in the back of the car while we drove around. We would like to return in the future with much more time to explore and would definitely request Stan as our guide and driver again. My only issue has nothing to do with our wonderful experience with Stan but with the company. We were held up at immigration because we didn’t know we had to register online at least 3 days prior to our arrival in Malaysia. We are U.S. citizens and it would have been extremely helpful for the company to reach out by email a week prior and let us know this, as we were getting ready for our trip. We travel a few times a year and usually all tour operators send us a heads up if we need a visa or something before we arrive and send us a link to register to make our planning easier. I hope this tour operator reads this and does better and communicating with customers earlier to help them understand any requirements.

  Raj was a wonderful guide. I had technical issues with my phone when we arrived at the airport, but Raj was still able to find us. Fully enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend taking advantage of it.

  My guide Stanley was awesome!! 10 stars! My flight was delayed and I got in late but he still managed to show me everything. It was like hanging out with a friend for the day. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you are only in Kuala lumpur for a short time because you get to see a lot of things.

  Geva, the operator was on time, contacted us as we landed, which made communication easy right from the start. He was very polite, knowledgeable and warm. The car was spotless and the driving experience was excellent. Couldn't recommend him more. Thanks for an excellent layover experience, Geva.
