5.00Excellent day with Yoga as guide and Nathan as captain driver. Accurate description, informative tour and thoroughly enjoyable trip to see Malacca. Would recommend.

5.00A must do experience. The only way to see Malacca is to walk. The river cruise was great. Lunch was nice. But the highlights are just walking around the town of Malacca and seeing how local lives and the colourful buildings.

5.00Enjoyable day, we had booked a shared group activity. In the end there were only 3 people & felt like a private tour. Our driver/guide (Suren) picked up us on time and was very informative about the history of Malacca
Overall okay, but not what we paid for.

2.00We weren't unhappy with our guide and overall had a nice day, but we were unable to do the River Cruise part of the tour due to the river being to high from storms. The tour company did not offer any compensation or the opportunity to cancel or reschedule, this part was just eliminated and more "free time" and city tour were added, which would have ultimately been a much less expensive excursion if that's what we had booked. Unfortunately the river cruise was what we were most looking forward to on this tour and to eliminate it without any compensation or option to reschedule was very dissapointing. Overall it was a nice day, but definately not what we paid for!

1.00I booked the highest-priced ticket ($95) because I believed it would provide better support. I was already very close to the meeting point — less than a 5-minute walk — and I contacted the operator at 8:05 AM asking for guidance. Instead of helping me, they marked me as a no-show and ignored my messages, even though I was nearby and trying to join the tour. The lack of support was very disappointing, especially given the high ticket price. Good customer care should prioritize assisting customers rather than refusing help.

4.00Good trip to be done. Plenty to see . The only downside was at the end of the tour where they take you to an old school local Malaysian bar. In all honesty, no-one on the tour was interested in seeing this and we spent 15 mins twiddling out thumbs waiting for the bus to arrive. But overall a good value for money tour. Be prepared returning to KL is a nightmare and will take about 4 hrs

5.00Wonderful day trip from KL. Yoga was a great tour guide, just the right amount of history and clear voice. He went out of his way to make the group feel comfortable. And planned the day perfectly in view of the weather changes. Azam the driver, did an amazing job too.
