On this fun filled day tour you can take in the magnificent views aboard the Kuranda Scenic Rail, spend some free time in the mountaintop village of Kuranda, then soar above the rainforest canopy on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Our coach will then transfer you to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures – the best place to see crocodiles in Tropical North Queensland! At Hartley’s you’ll explore the Melaleuca Wetlands on a boat cruise, marvel at the death roll of a Saltwater Crocodile and explore the wildlife park - home to Koala’s, Wallabies and Queensland’s Southern Cassowaries.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway

Glide over and through the canopy of the ancient rainforest and marvel at the spectacular views from Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. There are two stops along this gondola journey where you can alight and explore the rainforest from within.

Absolutely the biggest waste of time and money, DO NOT GO ON THIS!!!, The train ride is horrific, nothing to see, you are sitting knee to knee with the person in front of you, it’s extremely hot, no A/C. By the time you get there, you will not have any time to see anything wildlife related. Even if you want to see the Koalas or the Cassowary, its an additional ticket that must be purchased for each venue! Go to the Hartley’s Crocodile adventures directly, it is well done. The rest was one of the worst excursion I’ve ever seen.

Great historical experience of Kuranda! Recommend train up and Skyrail back down! The crocodile boat cruise was very enjoyable seeing the crocs up close and learning about their behaviour

Highly recommend, it was a great day. Train trip was relaxing, Kuranda had plenty to offer, Skyrail was great and the views spectacular. Hartley's Crocodile Adventures was well worth the visit, the guides were amazing, very knowledgeable and down to earth.
It is nice trip espically with skyrail

This was the best tour we did during our recent stay in Cairns. There’s not much time to spend in Kuranda if you want to go to the butterfly sanctuary etc but enough time to have a walk through the Main Street and grab a quick bite for lunch. Hartley’s was a really good experience, we highly recommend going even if not during a tour!

It was an amazing day out. Action-packed from start to finish. I highly recommend the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. These activities are unforgettable! Down Under Tour's was exceptional.

Great trip. Very memorable. Really enjoyed the Scenic Rail and its beautiful landscape. The Skyrail was magic as you were flying above the rainforest and the finale at Harleys was fantastic. Saw lots of crocs and other animals. Brillant..

The railway ride is nice, you get to see the rainforest and some waterfalls. 90mins was a long journey. We were lucky it wasn’t hot as the seating is tight. The little town of Kuranda is nothing special. Tourist items to purchase. The Skyrail is great and gives you the opportunity to see more of the rainforest. We then went to Hartleys Crocodile Adventures. This is a fabulous park for snakes and crocodiles you won’t be disappointed. The park was not overly busy and was easy to walk around. The pace of this tour was good. Could possibly leave Hartleys 30mins early then is currently on the itinerary. I feel the Kuranda piece is more for older tourists. I did hear there is a first class lounge on the railway, maybe that would add to the experience.
