It was interesting 2h. The guide was nice. I do not have time yo write anymore. It was agood walk and we had some tea at the end.

We received confirmation of our booking immediately and had contact with the service provider at all time. We met up with our guide, Eugene at the allocated area and time for our walking tour. He was easy to find as he carried a flag. Eugene was charming and informative and we really enjoyed our walking tour. His English was excellent . The pace was perfect for us, being an older couple. The weather did turn colder during our tour and at the end, Eugene recommended that we went for a warming coffee and sample some of Ukraine's lovely pastries. It was helpful to have Eugene point out what all the fillings were as we didn't have a clue :-) You pay a little when booking for a very informative tour and then give a tip to your guide, at the end. There is no pressure and you give what you feel the tour was worth and what you can afford. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Friendly informative guide. Nice city walking tour to get to know Kyiv if it is your first time in Kyiv.

After booking we were contacted immediately regarding our tour. They also emailed on the day of the tour to ensure all was well. Our tour was booked for 4pm. However, by mid afternoon, the weather was dreadful. There was extremely heavy rain and thunderstorms. We were soaked to the skin trying to shelter from the storm as we had been out sightseeing .The thought of a 2-3 hour walking tour in that weather was not appealing. We had to contact the tour guide to say that unfortunately, we could not keep to our arrangement. They had also tried to contact us as well. They were very polite and understanding. I am giving a 5 star review as although we didn't do the walking tour, we were kept informed and were treated with understanding. I wish this tour company well
