Kyoto is one of the most famous spots to visit in Japan. Therefore, during the day, it is hard to see everything peacefully. In this tour, we start early to beat the crowds! We visit Fushimi-Inari Shrine, Kinkakuji, and Arashiyama.

The tour was perfectly timed to beat the crowds, and paced to make the walking manageable. Rin was a friendly, enthusiastic, fun host who taught us as we toured the sites. I’m sure all the guides are wonderful, but Rin is a gem! Great way to experience Kyoto.

Our group of three friends had a great day on this tour with our guide, Hinano, on 7 November. We only had 2.5 days in Kyoto, and we never would have been able to see so many sites so easily without her help with the public transport and finding our way around from place to place. Hina took some nice photos of our group at Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and the Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple) was even more gorgeous in person than it looked in photos. Her English was great and she was able to help us with recommendations for lots of other places in Kyoto for later in our visit. We tried a ramen place nearby that she recommended, and it was delicious!!

Our tour guide, Ayame, was friendly and very helpful in showing us major spots in Kyoto! She was also very knowledgeable about the history of each site and gave us some recommendations on best places to eat. Me and my family had a great time!

Going on the early morning tour is highly recommended to avoid the crowds, as the places get busy quickly. We had an amazing tour with Rin, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable.

This was a wonderful way to learn and experience the sites offered on the tour. Our guide Leo was knowledgeable about the cultural and historical aspects of our tour, as well as, an expert in picture taking locations and public transit navigation. The tour began on time and ended on time. He spoke excellent English and I felt like there were moments of conversation/learning/ and quiet to enjoy the sites. We were 3 groups for a total of 7 on the tour and it was perfect. I had heard how overwhelming it can feel to navigate the crowds and this was the perfect choice. Thank you Leo for teaching us so much!

It’s a fantastic tour made all the better with our guide Ling. But please be aware that there is a lot of walking & climbing stairs. All worth it though. It’s fun riding on public transport but be mindful most of these buses & trains will be packed.

My family took a tour with the delightful and very knowledgeable Rina. We learned so much about the area and the culture and took advantage of Rina's knowledge of the best vantage points and locations. Rina is a fantastic tour guide and lovely person, she even helped out with recommendations for restaurants and shopping around our accommodation.

Great way to see all the best Kyoto sites before crowds form. Aya was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly, and speaks English very well!
