We'll walk around the Gion where many old Kyoto-style buildings can be seen. Our local guide will provide insight into how locals enjoy their nights. We will enjoy simple, seasoned Kyoto appetizers in a traditional atmosphere!
Moreover, you can try 3 different kinds of Sake produced in Kyoto, so you can enjoy authentic Kyoto sake with Kyoto foods!
Vegetalian course is available. You can also book both courses at a time.

3.00Our tour guide was amazing and the experience itself is cool to meet people and walk around. The restaurants however were mid at best and slightly disappointing. The first eatery is nothing impressive (4.2 star restaurant), the Wagyu beef we were served was mostly fat and almost no meat. The second place you get one dish and again the chicken was more fat than meat. The last place where we had dessert was quite good, but doesn’t make up for the price this costs and what is supposed to be a “foodie” tour. You can get better food going to a local izakaya by yourself for 1/5 of the price. I would not recommend this experience unless they change the eateries to better ones. Really the only thing we truly appreciated of this tour was our lovely guide and their kindness and humor.

5.00Tour was good, even though I was the only one on tour with my guide 😊. This made for a private tour that allowed me to connect with my tour guide one-on-one and create an even better experience. The food was great at the different restaurants we visited and also got to try some Japanese plum wine, which was amazing!

2.00This tour was not what we expected , food tasting were very limited and you can get this at any market stand for a lot cheaper No sushi was given Our Guide was great and 5 stars- but she was obviously struggling to paint this awful trip as something special - whoever came up with restaurant selections was trying to rip off customers

5.00Yuma met us and proceeded to provide us with history and information about Kyoto. His ability to converse in English was refreshing as he spoke fluent English. He took us to shops that had authentic treats and foods from Kyoto and then proceeded to our first food stop. We were treated to an authentic multi course Japanese dinner, which was outstanding. The second stop was to a bar, where we had a choice of Japanese drinks with a snack and he shares additional history of the area. We then walked to our last stop for desert and had choices of several authentic Japanese deserts along with a choice of beverages. The evening was completed by Yuma returning us to the starting point. You can't miss with this tour.
