  I had the absolute pleasure of having Melissa as my tour guide during my trip to Bogotá, and I can honestly say she made this experience unforgettable ☺️🙏🌄✨️😊🙌. From the moment I arrived, Melissa was incredibly attentive and detail oriented. Every aspect of my trip was immaculately planned . from seamless transportation to perfectly timed sightseeing, lunches, and dinners at some of the best restaurants in the city. I never once had to worry about logistics; she handled everything flawlessly. Her knowledge of Bogotá and Colombia as a whole is truly impressive. Whether we were exploring historic neighborhoods like La Candelaria, visiting world class museums such as the Museo del Oro, or discovering different barrios and nearby towns, she provided rich history, cultural insights, and local perspectives that you simply wouldn’t get on your own. Beyond her professionalism, Melissa is kind, funny, and incredibly personable. She made every day feel comfortable and exciting at the same time. She tailored experiences to exactly what I wanted . whether that meant sightseeing, enjoying incredible local cuisine, exploring vibrant neighborhoods, or just soaking in the culture at the right pace.   We had a six hour trip to see the main sites of Bogota as well as two museums Melissa was very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide - her detailed descriptions of the various famous sites an artist of Bogota made us really get a deep understanding of the Colombian culture and way of life. The tour included fast entrance to the top sites, which made the process very easy and effortless.

  I would like to thank Hansa Tour for the wonderful tour we had in Bogota. From start to finish, everything was well organized, enjoyable, and memorable. Our guide Camila Ramos was not only very knowledgeable, but also friendly, attentive, and passionate about sharing the culture and history of Colombia with us. I would also like to give special thanks to our driver. His positive attitude and helpfulness truly added to the overall experience. We felt very comfortable throughout the tour.   We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of Bogotá, made even more special through our guide, Maria Paola. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained history and fun facts in a clear, engaging way. Maria was easy to be with, professional, and thoughtfully adjusted each tour to our interests. She has a degree in Biology and a true passion for travel, music and culture, which added great depth to our experience. When appropriate, she guided us herself and also honestly recommended other guides when their expertise would better serve us. Spending time with Maria was fun, educational, and culturally enriching. We left Bogotá grateful for our time with her and with a deep admiration for the Colombian people. Maria is simply a joy to be with, her skills are extraordinary and her enthusiasm and humor contagious! My husband and I left Bogota feeling as if we were leaving family behind. Thank you Maria for your carefully planned days and taking the time to add special things based on what you learned of our interests during our four days together. You are a true gem!!   We loved the tour. Melisa treated us great and also gave us a lot of information about Bogotá and Candelaria. Lunch tasting the different fruits in the market a delight. Super recommended.

  Super tour of the neighborhood La Candelaria. Preliminary excursion to the local mountain of Bogota “Monserate”, which offers an impressive view of the city. Visit to the Museum of the Oro. Local lunch at an authentic Colombian restaurant. Many thanks to our guide Melissa, who guided us through this day and could tell us a lot about the history of Colombia, architecture and art.
