3.00Very little time given at each location. More time was spent on the road than visiting Florence or Pisa. The walking tour was not guided and the Academia entrance tickets were delayed. It felt very rushed and almost not worth it to pay $285 (for two) to be in Florence for less than 3 hours and 1 hour in Pisa. The guide, Guida, was nice and Ricardo our driver was fun.
Late arrival stressful.

4.00My honest opinion. I feel this tour needs to leave earlier than 9:30. We got back to the ship 40 mins late lucky we were a group and they waited or we would have all missed the ship. The whole bus was stressed out. We had to run to get back. The terminal was closing. The scanning had finished and the gangway was packed up. It was very stressful. There was no real structure to this shore excursion without paying the tour guide more money, which some people were not happy with. We had made arrangements. So we were fine. I couldn’t fault Kyko or the driver of the bus. But people that couldn’t walk fast struggled with the pace he walks at. Over all it was good but the stress of being late back didn’t go down well. I was beside myself as my medication and passport were on the ship. The nap given wasn’t great either. But over all the bus was comfortable, host and driver both very pleasant. But the constant selling of water was over the top. I wouldn’t do this tour again. Unless it’s organised at an earlier time to get back on time. We did all tell them we had to be back at 7.00 pm as gangway sailaway is at 7:30. We arrived at 7:45. We missed out dinner reservation at 7:00 pm.

1.00A lot of walking vert little tour. The bus parks very far away. The tour guide walks fast and and gives no time to explore the sights.
