4.00Very much a whistle stop tour of Florence and Pisa. If you can't keep up with the walking pace of the tour guide then I don't think this trip would be for you. 2hrs to Florence in a very comfortable coach, 3 hours in Florence itself. Only really able to take on the outside of key buildings no "quality" time to take it in. Another hour drive to Pisa and approximately 90 minutes there. If you intend on climbing the tower then this takes approximately 30 minutes to climb and get down again. A brisk walk needed on arrival tomget to the tower cro..the coach and back again. Tour guide was exceptionally organised (she needed to be!!) and communication on the day was excellent. We would go again but only one of the cities in one day.... We felt both in one day was possibly too much to do them justice.
Great way to see both Florence and Pisa in One day!

4.00This is a very busy tour! Pickup from cruise port and we left about 5 minutes after the tour time start in a double decker bus. Alessandro was a great tour leader. He kept everyone organized and on track (lots of head counts) and gave us his contact info so we could WhatsApp him and he could reach out to stragglers. 2 hour drive to Florence and then 3 hours in town. He took us through the city, showing us the highlights. In the bus he’d walked us through downloading the audio guide and at each stop he’d tell us which tracks to listen too. Then free time for a quick lunch and shopping. Pisa was about 1.25 hour drive and after he led us inside the walls we had about 90 minutes of free time to explore. Note: Both bus parking locations were at least a 10-15 minute walk into each town. We did over 25,000 steps and did not climb the tower!! Back with time to board. Enjoyed the tour (will definitely need more time in Florence) and made the most of one day in port
Overall good tour guide but inconsiderate guests made for long day

3.00It was a LONG day and almost missed our last all aboard for ship. Travelling with a big group and so many issues. First we departed late waiting for missing people. Then we had to stop for a bathroom break because people did not realize it was a 2 hour drive to Florence. Then we had to wait for people to leave Florence when clear instructions given for time. Then finally roo much time given in Pisa and then again had to wait for people who showed up late !! All in all we lost 45 minutes for guests inconsiderate of others and not planning properly. There really should be hard deadlines and then leave as others should not suffer. The tour guide and driver were amazing in Lumi and Luciano but again the whole tour should not lose time waiting for others. If people are taking this LONG tour from LA Spezia to Florence then Pisa they should understand clearly the times and hard stops for leaving without them and more communication of this should be given to remind them.

2.00Tour guide and driver were rude. When i got to the meeting point, i gave her my name she didn’t even look on the list she said my name was not on the list she got on the bus and drove off. Luckily i was in contact with somebody else from the company, i explained the situation to her, she called Martina and then she drove back to pick us up. When we got on the bus she didn’t even apologize, she was rushing us. Not great customer service.
