5.00Martina did a great job, she was detail and professional. We appreciate her service. We love the schedule and destination. The tour covered a lot in one day and everything went perfectly. However, I do suggest if the tour guide can tell all passengers in the beginning to return to the same seat on the bus as they started to avoid confrontation between passengers.
Missed Tower climb. No refunds. No ownership.

1.00This tour is tough as it’s quite ambitious to see Florence and Pisa. Would recommend not choosing the Pisa tower climb as our group forfeited a total of 160 euros since the tour did not make it to Pisa with enough time. When we tried to escalate for refund, we were given all the reasons in the world: force majeure, traffic delays, washroom breaks, train tracks crossing to deny any refund from the operator. No refunds at all from the operator. Viator gave us some credits for the event but still not enough to cover what we lose. Kids were disappointed. We were under a lot of pressure as well of potentially missing our cruise. We got back at 7:35 for a 7:30 departure from the cruise so thank goodness we did not miss our cruise at this port. You can imagine the stress everyone would have felt. I would not recommend this operator, they don’t take any ownership for the cruise and made it appear like it was even our fault in a foreign country.
