1.00Double check what it states. Got to Florence and not tickets to the Academy. Checked that it was there. Wasted time there to get no results and unfortunately didn’t get to see the Statue of David. Only had 3 1/2 hours in Florence. Was a 2 hour bus ride to get there. Hard to see a lot in that amount of time.

5.00Don’t be scared that it’s an all-day tour. Trip was in a very nice bus, highway travel so very fast to get to Florence. Walking tour was very fast-paced but you get to see so much of the city! There was time for a very quick lunch (just choose any pizza or sandwich stop) then have a bit of time to explore a little on your own or take more pictures. Then hopped back on the bus for trip to Pisa. Nice stop, but a little long if you do not have a ticket to climb to the top. Still definitely worth seeing the Leaning Tower just once in your lifetime!

5.00Customer service was good. Marty was our guide she made sure we had her personal number if we needed her help or got lost. She gave us tips for pricing and warned us not to get ripped off. Time spent in Florence was a bit short calculating the long walk from the drop off point and getting into Florence main square and back. There was a queue for the bathroom which also took another 10 minutes to wait. Otherwise, the ride to both places were smooth. A map was given which was helpful which Marty went over the attraction areas to visit. We did not have time to visit all attractions in Florence as we stopped to have a sit down lunch meal.
