5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Max from Algarve on Board during our private 4-hour boat tour along the Algarve coast. From the very beginning, we felt we were in excellent hands. Max is a true sailor who knows the Atlantic Ocean incredibly well, and his experience, professionalism, and calm presence made our entire family feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. What made this tour especially memorable was that Max didn’t just take us to the famous Benagil Cave, he also showed us many hidden caves, secluded beaches, and stunning spots that are just as beautiful and far less crowded. One of the absolute highlights was stopping at a breathtaking secluded beach near Alvor, which felt like a hidden paradise. We were a group of 11 people, including 4 children, and everyone had an amazing time. Max was incredibly friendly, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure all of his guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. He was wonderful with the children as well. We also truly appreciated his flexibility and kindness in offering to disembark us near Club Nau in Ferragudo instead of returning to the original marina. That thoughtful gesture saved our group a significant amount of time and made our day even smoother. This experience was one of the highlights of our time in Portugal, and we are so grateful to Max for such a special day on the water. Highly, highly recommended!

5.00We had the most amazing day with Max boating around and through the most incredible sea caves and grottos. Kismet you might say as our other tour for the following day was cancelled, Max was able to make availability for us to go out with him instead- and I am positive that we got a better experience through Algarve on board. He is an impressive captain and very knowledgeable about the area and the geology. We all felt so well taken care of aboard his boat. Would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone staying in the Algarve.

5.00Not sure where to even start. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Max was so warm and inviting and treated us like his family. His passion and knowledge were incredible! He showed us so many cool things along the coast on our way to Benagil Cave and had so many interesting things to teach us. He’s very attentive to the needs of the group and would make adaptations on the fly to ensure this trip met every expectation. The boat was very comfortable and was the perfect size to comfortably navigate the sea, while also allowing us to go places the larger tour boats could not go. I would recommend this trip to anyone. The highlight of our trip! On top of all this, Max was such an interesting person with a very unique background that made him incredibly qualified for this. At the end, you feel like you’ve made a new friend.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This excursion was truly the highlight of our trip! We spent the day with Max along with our two children, and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. Max was an absolutely wonderful guide, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make the experience feel special, luxurious, fun, and memorable for our family. His knowledge of the area and the excursion itself made the trip so much more meaningful, while his personality kept everything relaxed and enjoyable. One of the most unforgettable moments was when Max helped find dolphins for our daughter. Seeing dolphins was a dream come true for her, and the excitement and happiness on her face is something we will never forget. Thank you, Max, for making that happen! We highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area. If we return, we will absolutely book with Max again for more excursions. Thank you again for an unforgettable day and for creating such special memories for our family.

5.00Miguel and Elisa took 10 of our family on a cave exploration from Lagos to Benagil Cave with lots of stops along the way to explore other caves. A great basket of snacks and some good wine added to our enjoyment.
