Two exquisite glacier lakes glitter in the green valleys of the Slovenian Alps. We will visit Bled, mundane resort with an eminent medieval castle and a romantic island in the lake. Later we will drive to Lake Bohinj which lies in a tranquil and pristine valley in the Triglav National Park.

The group was a bit bigger than expected (11), but our guide Maja was amazing! She shared her knowledge of Slovenian history with us and made the trip so much more enjoyable. Of course, the scenery at lake bled and bohinj was spectacular. We were very lucky to have the sun out (or as Maja said, we had potatoes).

Had a great day with Vasja! He had lots of great stories and fun facts about Slovenia which made the trip very entertaining! There were only 5 of us in the group so the mini bus was very comfortable. He took us to an excellent restaurant where we drunk Slovenian wine and ate delicious, locally sourced food.

The tour was really nice and goes through some beautiful places. Our guide, Vasko, was super friendly and polite, and shared lots of great tips. The downside is that it felt a bit rushed, and we didn’t have much time to explore each stop, even though it’s a full-day tour. That’s just one of those things with guided tours, though.

Very beautiful scenery. I had a great guide called Ales who was very knowledgeable and quite funny. He really made the day enjoyable and the lakes were stunning.

Brilliant trip and guide, went to a nice restaurant for food … couldn’t beat it. Would recommend to anyone that wants to see a lot of Slovenia in a short time along with a great history lesson

Booked 3 tour with this company and could not recommend it more! After reading the reviews, opted for To Do in Slovenia for our half-day Predjama Castle + Postojna Caves Tour, the full day Lake Bled + Lake Bohinj + Savica Waterfall tour and also the half-day Piran tour, expecting a great time and a great time was delivered! Do not think twice, just book it! Our guides (Ziga, Maja and Gordana) were always very nice and full of interesting information about the country and the sights, advices and a good mood! This a very fun and convenient way to see places that we probably would have a hard time logistically to visit without renting a car. The vans were comfortable, the rides went smoothly, schedules were kept. Gordana even took some extra time for us in Piran and Maja adjusted our daily plans to fit better with the weather that day.

We had a fantastic day with Roc, our guide. He assured we had the best experience possible. The morning was very cloudy, so he changed the order of the stops so that we could be at Lake Bled later in the day when it was sunnier. We enjoyed the entire day. The Savica waterfalls were amazing and well worth the walk uphill. And the two lakes were beautiful beyond what the camera could capture. To top it off, we had fun with fellow travelers and enjoyed making new friends.

Wonderful day trip from the city of Ljubljana out into the wonderful Slovenian countryside, seeing the fantastic lakes and Savica Waterfall. Tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and kept the participants in good spirits throughout the day, also appreciate them giving the participants options on how they want to spend their day. Would definitely recommend this as a day trip for seeing the lakes and countryside.
