The Holy Sip Lunch tour includes tastings at 5 wineries with up to 24 wine tasted, with ample time for a relaxed scenic and delicious lunch at a vineyard (lunch cost is not included).
If your tour does not meet the minimum, guests will be switched to appropriate tour.

Gray Monk Estate Winery
Gray Monk Winery has a charming origin story, starting with Austrian-German couple George and Trudy Heiss, who swapped hairdressing for winemaking when they moved to the Okanagan Valley in the early 1970s. They turned their orchard into a vineyard, planted Pinot Gris, Pinot Auxerrois, and Gewurztraminer from Alsace in 1976, and became the first to grow Pinot Gris in Canada. Named with a nod to George’s Austrian roots, Gray Monk opened in 1982 with a modest 125-case vintage made in a garage. Today, it’s a celebrated name with over 100,000 cases produced annually and a reputation for outstanding fruit-forward whites! 5.00We had a fabulous Lake Country tour today with James. We was engaging and knowledgeable, making our day very memorable! Sip Happens tours is a definite go to when wanting to tour the wineries in the Okanagan! Definitely ask for James if you want the best guide!

5.00Office team accommodated me as a solo on the dinner tour, just needed to email them to ask if I could join a tour. Tour guide Mike was lovely and even did an awesome video for me. Nick another driver/guide from another group also was lovely and chatted to me while I had my dinner meal as the rest of the group didn’t stay for dinner. Would recommend to anyone.

5.00We had a great time sampling the wines, and the lunch at Gray Monk was excellent. Our tour guide and driver James, was very entertaining, attentive and knowledgeable about wine and the wineries. Great experience!

They chose beautiful wineries, a top notch location for dinner (Block One), and Mike our driver was awesome…he went above and beyond taking photos of our group, giving us a video compilation of the day, and coming back to get us when the food we continued to order kept us later at the restaurant. This was the best experience ever!

5.00Nick was the most amazing tour guide for a wine tour that I've ever had (and I've been on many)! He was courteous, accomodating, motivated to help us with anything, and was a great photographer during our time with him! He had knowledgable about history of wine and some of the wineries, as well as the best places to take pics at each of them! Before the tour, communication and booking was super easy. A bit costly without the cost of lunch included, but that's how life is these days. Would highly recommend!

5.00This was by far the best wine tour we have done! The day was incredibly well organized with more than enough time at each stop for the tasting as well as shop. Our tour guide James really made the day, with plenty of facts/tips regarding wine, history of the area and plenty of jokes. Would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for day well spent!

5.00My friend and I went on the full day wine tour in Oliver BC area. We visited 5 wineries and ended at the Tinhorn Creek winery for dinner. The tour itself was well organized and the timing at each vineyard was great. We met some great people who were on our tour, which made it fun. Bernie was our driver and he was amazing! Sip Happens sent some great tips via email prior to the tour, which ensured we knew what to expect financially and time wise. My favorite stop was Burrowing Owl.

5.00Amazing tour. Penny, our driver and guide was so great, like touring with a friend going over the areas we were visiting, and getting us set up comfortably with the host at each winery. Transportation was fantastic, comfortable, would highly recommend this tour!
