All pick-up times and locations are fixed. Please carefully review the pick-up detail and choose the location that best suits you. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Kindly let us know if you'll be bringing luggage, a wheelchair, stroller, or anything that may require extra storage space, as there may be an additional charge.

5.00The tour was an unforgettable experience, filled with breathtaking scenery and calm turquoise waters surrounded by majestic snow-capped mountains. Our tour guide, William , made the journey even better—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, wildlife, and hidden spots. They checked on everyone’s comfort, offered great photo angles, and adjusted the pace so no one felt rushed. With his friendly energy, the whole trip felt effortless, safe, and deeply enjoyable. A truly memorable adventure.

5.00Many thanks to William! We had such a great experience in this Johnston Canyon + Lake Louis tour. He was so knowledgable about the places and he would actively explain the things along the drive and the hiking. We even asked a lot of questions about the wild and he would patiently answer and share. He was also very helpful. Our crampons may not suit our shoes the best and may fall off sometimes, and he is so willing to readjust. He is so professional in shooting Instagram-worthy videos and pictures as well XD. We are very thankful to have him as our tour guide and to be so lucky to see so many wildlife’s along the way!

5.00My husband and I booked a last minute trip to lake Louise and Johnston canyon, and were so glad we did. Tony was our guide and he got us there safely, gave us snacks and water, gave us tips/tricks about the different parks, helped take our picture- which he did not have to do, but it shows how above and beyond he was going for all of us, & it was so appreciated. You can tell he loved his job and we were super happy to have booked it with him as our guide. Would recommend anyone to do this tour! Two amazing, gorgeous areas, with the convenience of being chartered there and back.

5.00I had the most incredible time on the half-day Banff Journey tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! Our guide, Tommy, made the trip truly exceptional — he was knowledgeable, funny, and full of great stories about the Rockies, local wildlife, and the history of the area. You could tell he loves what he does! Even though it was a shorter tour, it never felt rushed. Tommy kept everything running smoothly, gave us plenty of time to explore and take photos, and even shared some great local tips for the rest of our stay. The views at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were absolutely breathtaking — seeing those turquoise waters in person is something I’ll never forget. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff — it’s the perfect way to experience two of Canada’s most iconic lakes in one amazing morning. Thanks again, Tommy, for making it such a memorable day!

5.00We had such a great day! The views at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise are not to be missed! So beautiful! Our driver and guide Edward was knowledgeable, hilarious and so kind! He truly went above and beyond any expectations. He provided water and snacks, stories about the area, recommended what to check out during our time at each lake and pointed out the best places to take in the views.
