5.00We had a great time on this tour. We were picked up from Banff and were able to enjoy the ride as well as the sites. Tommy was a great host, he told us fun facts on the way to Lake Louise, at the lake, and to Johnston Canyon. He gave us plenty of time to explore and even walked some of the trails and lake with us and helped us with pictures. The lake and Canyon were beautiful during this time of year.

5.00It was a fantastic day trip. We visited Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and several other beautiful destinations. The winter scenery felt like a true winter wonderland. The most impressive part was our driver, William. He provided detailed explanations at every stop along the way. He is also a professional photographer, which helped us capture amazing photos. We completed the itinerary on schedule, and William even added a bonus by taking us to some of his recommended spots, where we encountered Rocky Mountain sheep. This trip is 100% recommended for anyone looking for a car-free experience in Banff.

5.00Tour guide William drove smoothly and safely in the snow in banff. His photography skills are excellent, and the perspectives he chose for the scenic spots were very unique and beautiful. He has strong language skills and gave clear explanations. His attitude is warm, and his works are serious and responsible. I am very satisfied with the tour led by him.

1.00Got a text early the day before the excursion saying it may not be full and need to be canceled. That’s understandable. They asked if we wanted the full day tour for same price but we didn’t want to be gone all day so they said they would continue with the scheduled tour. Same day late in the evening they canceled the excursion for the next afternoon due to the roads being closed. However the temperature was above freezing in the morning, and the excursion was at 1:15. I checked the Alberta road closures and the road to Lake Louise wasn’t closed. They just wanted to cancel. Not sure Id trust the company. We ended up booking a Brewster Express shuttle to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise that morning which was a great experience.

5.00William is a good tour guide. I joined this half-day tour in winter, which was my first time in Banff. The air was fresh and the sights were magnificent. I can't wait to visit in summer again!
