1.00The music was incredibly loud and jarring, the boat was so overcrowded in addition to people using the seats for purses and bags - which the tour guides did nothing to help alleviate. We booked through Viator not realizing it was a third party site, which was hacked multiple times in the week leading up to the cruise plus I received many several emails from visitor about the cruise and my tickets in the preceding week - all of which had broken links. The description of the experience on the visitor site is misleading as well. This is a LAKE cruise not a river cruise, and it is essentially a sunset party boat.

4.00No guarantee to actually see the sun set. We were held in the lock when another boat hit the wall. This delay caused us not to get out in the water to actually see the sun set.

5.00Fantastic evening cruise. Kenny was so entertaining-comical and yet very informative. Loved the ease of purchasing tickets, embarking on the boat and finding a seat. And there was honestly not a bad seat on the boat. The views were spectacular! This is a must-see in Chicago!

3.00People who sat on the end should not stand up!!! We barely saw anything cause everyone was standing up, also why do we need to sit like can of sardines??? Can’t you space chairs a little bit!!

5.00It was great, beautiful viewing of the sunset! We just didn’t properly prepare our attire for a very cool evening/night! But they did have hot chocolate too .Definitely a good cruise! 😀
