Your tour to Nairobi is not complete without a visit to lake Nakuru national park. This is a day tour applicable to all traveler on a short holiday to Nairobi or departing from Naivasha town after lake tour. 3 hours driving tour, you are assured of seeing our country side especially the great Rift valley. Lake Nakuru National park is a home to thousands of flamingos hence the nick name " pink lake". It is also home to endangered. species like the black Rhino. Lions and buffaloes are many in this park. You will spend 5 hours in the national park and the guide will decide the best place for you to enjoy lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will exit the park and head back to nairobi. This is one of the best day tour and excursions organized by Kenya bush expeditions tours and travel.

Enjoy a complimentary hotel pickup from your centrally located hotel in Nairobi or Naivasha town. Our professional driver will introduce himself in a friendly manner and offer you a brief introduction to the trip ahead. You will be ushered to a luxurious open roofed van and set off for Lake Nakuru National park with a stop at the great Rift valley view point for panoramic views and photography.The lake is world-famous as the location of the greatest bird spectacle on earth - myriads of fuchsia pink flamingos whose numbers are legion, often more than a million - or even two million. They feed on the abundant algae, which thrives in the warm waters.The park now (2009) has more than 25 eastern black rhinoceros, one of the largest concentrations in the country, plus around 70 endemic southern white rhinos.You will enjoy your hot lunch at any restaurant as suggested by your driver. Later, you will continue with game drives and leave the park for Nairobi arriving at around 7.00pm.

5.00We had an unforgettable safari tour to Lake Nakuru National Park – thanks to our guide Edwin! He was one of the nicest and warmest guides we have ever met. Edwin picked us up on time, explained everything calmly and was incredibly attentive throughout the tour. His knowledge of the animals and nature was impressive – we learned so much and enjoyed every minute at the same time. You felt like you were out with a good friend who shared his passion for Kenya and its wildlife. We would do a tour with Edwin again anytime we come back to Kenya. Highly recommended! 🌿🦒🐘

5.00We had a great experience which would not be possible without our guide Julius - very well prepared, knowledgeable, profesional guide who from the very beginning made this tour special. On the way to Nakuru, he shared with us stories about Kenyan history, tradition, customs and everyday life so we could better understand people we met. In the park he knew where to go to see animals. He told us how to spot them, explained their behavior. We saw all animal which you could see in Nakuru. This is a special national park as it has a lake in the center with flamingos. On the way back we had a chance to visit Naivasha lake and tea plantation. We came back MEGA satisfied and definitely recommend Lake Nakuru one day private trip with Julius and Kenya Bush Expedition Tours. Everything went as planned.

5.00We booked a day tour to both Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha with a boat tour. We had an amazing time with our guide Titus who was super friendly, very knowledgeable and master of the road! He was so safe even through that famous Nairobi traffic. We were picked up at 5.45am in a clean, safe safari van along with another passenger and made our way to Lake Nakuru. We stopped at the breathtaking views of Rift Valley before arriving at Lake Nakuru for a game drive. Titus helped us spot lots of animals from Zebra, Buffalo, Baboons, Antelope, Rhinos (Black and White!), Giraffes and a lion (although it was very quick before it disappeared into the bush!) We stopped at a picnic spot in the park which so nice. We then made our way to Lake Naivasha and took a boat trip on the lake to spot soooo many hippos, birds of prey and other wildlife. Watching a fish eagle dive in and catch it’s food was unbelievably cool! Seeing the hippos up close was an absolute treat. Prompt return back to the hotel! Thank you John and Titus for an amazing day.

5.00First time to Kenya and this tour did not disappoint! John (the owner) organised my whole day and the communication couldn’t have been better. My driver was Titus for the day and he was fun, friendly and knowledgable. Really recommend him for all tours. Lake Nukuru was absolutely breathtaking and Titus was telling us all the different kind of birds, animals and spotted so many things I wouldn’t have seen. We had to wait for a bit to go on the boat in Navaisha because of the weather but it was a great experience once we went on as we got so close to hippos. It was incredible. Thank you so much for this amazing day team, it was really special and I have now got unforgettable memories! I will be back!

5.00It was our first time to Kenya, and Kenya Bush Expedition Tour operators took excellent care of us from the day we arrived till our departure (airport pick up and drop off included). Our guides/drivers, Titus and Steven were extremely professional, kind and knowledgable. They accompanied us on our trip to Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha as well as took us to Masai Mara and back. John, the tour operator was very accommodating and helped plan out our journey to perfection. Had a great experience overall and highly recommend Kenya Bush Expeditions.

5.00Its a bit worrying when deciding which company to use for tours when in new areas. I was a bit nervous to book our trip , but i decided to try this company. we were picked from our apartment early in the money with no delay,, the driving was okay and we felt safe in the hands of the driver. The park was wonderful and we spotted many animals. name them, lions,Buffalo's, Rhinoceros , Giraffes and many more. The lunch was also perfect at lake Nakuru lodge. On return, we passed through Lake Naivasha and the lake is a heavens wonder. Many birds and hippopotamus! Thanks kenya bush for well done tour!!

5.00i used this company before during my previous Nairobi visit. This time i decided to explore lake Nakuru national park. The tour was excellent and a stop at lake Naivasha made my trip excellent. peter was my guide and was more informative and friendly. Its a company to book with confidence.
