To offer a more unique experience with a sense of tranquility and unspoiled nature, the journey begins at Beo Pier, the furthest tourist pier on the island. As a result, the transfer from Hanoi takes around 3.5 hours, including several steps: a bus from Hanoi to Got Pier, a short high-speed ferry to the island, and a final transfer by bus to the pier. 7:00 – 7:30 Get picked up in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or our office – No. 106 Tran Nhat Duat, then travel via the 5B expressway to Hai Phong, stopping briefly at V52 in Gia Loc. In Hai Phong, take the sea-crossing road from Tan Vu to Lach Huyen port, enjoying scenic views of Dinh Vu port. Travel to Cai Vieng from Got Pier or Dong Bai Pier.

    Went solo on this trip with Sonny as guide. Was great, really recommend. Communication beforehand re pickup location and time via whatsapp was excellent, bus ride comfortable, and boat was very very nice with great amenities, and drinks/cocktails available for reasonable extra price. Lunch and afternoon tea was great, and staff really helped accommodate everything. Would recommend for a day trip. The bay itself doesn’t feel crowded or busy or noisy, and the boat is big enough there are plenty of space to have to yourself and relax. it is really beautiful and peaceful

    The cruise is amazing, luxurious and spotless. The crew team are very friendly and helpful. Especially the guide name Levi made the day for my family and beside of that is the waitress name Trang, the very friendly and responsible staff. They asked for food preference in advance for the buffet which is included. Though the options are limited food was good. The staff was friendly and patient though we took more time swimming.

    Glad to book the tour while on our way to Cat Ba Island transport by Ca Bay Express. The tour was very well organised. From picking up at our hotel to boarding the cruise, lunch, kayaking and the tour of Viet Hai village, Tony was patient and took care of the tourists. Recommend to book this trip to Cat Ba instead of the overly touristy Halong Bay!

    Had an amazing 1-day trip to Lan Ha Bay with Serenity. Everything was handled perfectly by the team, and they made the complex process of getting to the bay effortless. Our guide Ha was funny, informative, totally in control the whole time, and super caring for me when I boarded the first bus with an upset stomach, and wasn't sure I would make it (I did). The tour itself was incredible -- a highlight of my wife and I'd trip to Vietnam. Don't miss this one!

    The cruise experience was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed spending it with my family. The tour guide, Ha, catered to us wonderfully and he made the experience extremely entertaining for all of us with his jokes and comprehensive information.
