To offer a more unique experience with a sense of tranquility and unspoiled nature, the journey begins at Beo Pier, the furthest tourist pier on the island. As a result, the transfer from Hanoi takes around 3.5 hours, including several steps: a bus from Hanoi to Got Pier, a short high-speed ferry to the island, and a final transfer by bus to the pier. 7:00 – 7:30 Get picked up in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or our office – No. 106 Tran Nhat Duat, then travel via the 5B expressway to Hai Phong, stopping briefly at V52 in Gia Loc. In Hai Phong, take the sea-crossing road from Tan Vu to Lach Huyen port, enjoying scenic views of Dinh Vu port. Travel to Cai Vieng from Got Pier or Dong Bai Pier.

    Glad to book the tour while on our way to Cat Ba Island transport by Ca Bay Express. The tour was very well organised. From picking up at our hotel to boarding the cruise, lunch, kayaking and the tour of Viet Hai village, Tony was patient and took care of the tourists. Recommend to book this trip to Cat Ba instead of the overly touristy Halong Bay!

    Had an amazing 1-day trip to Lan Ha Bay with Serenity. Everything was handled perfectly by the team, and they made the complex process of getting to the bay effortless. Our guide Ha was funny, informative, totally in control the whole time, and super caring for me when I boarded the first bus with an upset stomach, and wasn't sure I would make it (I did). The tour itself was incredible -- a highlight of my wife and I'd trip to Vietnam. Don't miss this one!

    The cruise experience was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed spending it with my family. The tour guide, Ha, catered to us wonderfully and he made the experience extremely entertaining for all of us with his jokes and comprehensive information. The cruise ship itself was also very luxurious and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this cruise for all families and anyone just looking to have a fun time ☺️

    Ha was our tour guide for our 1 day trip to Lan Ha Bay with Serenity Cruises. Everything was amazing! Ha was very accommodating, friendly and super friendly. We had a great time on the boat and enjoyed all the activities.

    The tour was just curated beautifilly and so well organised. The hospitality of the tour guides was amazing and the ship staff were so sweet and catered to all our needs. The cruise experience was luxurious and we were able to take part in many fun activities which have been the highlight of our trip with the staff taking care of us very well. Along with this the food was delectable and my kids enjoyed it greatly! I highly recommend this tour for all families as it is a great ready to keep kids entertained.

    We had a wonderful experience with this tour. The tour guide (Ha) was very professional and funny made us laugh throughout the trip and made us feel very comfortable. He is knowledgeable and shared a lot of information that we were not aware of. The food was amazing. The cruise that we chose had slides, jacuzzi and a small swimming pool as well. The cruise is pretty neat and well maintained. We also did some activities like foot massage, kayaking and swimming. The transfer from Hanoi to Catba to the cruise was seamless.
