  We did some fun things but had a guide that .. we could not hear … didn’t provide much information… several times we returned from our activity and ge was no where to be found.. think he was smoking and chatting with his buddies

  Mark was amazing. This is the best tour we've ever been on. He shared all of our photos with us . Made sure we had everything we needed and more!

  The guide is a basically a driver. She was pleasant but did not really provide details about each location. We would have preferred to skip the Eagle Square and to have spent more time at the cable cars and suspension bridge.

• Very poor experience with Jara Holidays. I recommend that Viator remove them from their offerings.

  Be very careful when you book with this operator. Be certain that the guide speaks English (if that’s what you request). Our guide didn’t speak or understand anything we asked. She never contacted us prior to tour and never sent us her name or What’s App #. Learned nothing and it was a waste of both our time and money. Even though we got to the places on itinerary, nothing was explained and we didn’t get what we were promised. When we complained to the Tour Operator directly he told me our 3 person group was snobby! Have no idea what he meant by that. Nothing was explained and 2 times we couldn’t find our guide. At one location, we missed what we were supposed to see because she didn’t explain that we needed to stay on cable car to get to 2nd destination. Thus, we missed it. She told us nothing about Malaysia which is where we were. Very sad and extremely poor customer service from local tour operator. We would be happy to pay for entry tickets to the places we went but as far as a guide is concerned, we had none and had really been looking forward to this expensive private tour. We travel all over the world and have always been pleased with Viator. Hopefully, we will hear from them soon regarding our total dissatisfaction.

  Our guide Fiza was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the tourist spots and local gems. We loved getting into all the main attractions right away and privately. 10/10 day. Thank you Fiza!!

  Nice excursion in general. The Durlan Perangin Falls stop was null and void and should be removed from this package (small, almost nothing to see, mediocre swimming almost zero) in addition as our driver said it was not included (I had to show proof). Eagle square was okay. The highlight of the day was the 2hr boat tour in the mangroves (monkeys etc), you have to plan 2 Ringgit p.p. cash to visit the bat cave (not included) which is worth it! The cable car with skybridge is very good thanks to the premium skip the line ticket. Our driver Cheedah was not a guide but drove us from place to place. It was difficult to find, does not speak much and not loud, you had to ask questions about the schedule, the time allocated, meeting place. His organization deserves improvement. She was especially very nice, quite clean and comfortable vehicle. We take into account that we were in a foreign country with different customs and customs.

  We saw many different attractions. Very interesting. The highlight was the boat ride through the mangrove forest and river. What fun!

  This excursion was worth every dollar , our driver and guide Shan was a true professional and showed us all the great locations and attractions to visit . We loved Langkawi , truly a beautiful island . Highly recommend this experience for cruise ship passengers , it’s a way better experience that is private and personal .

  Our expectations were surpassed on this private tour. Besides the iconic giant eagle statue we were treated to a Buddhist temple, waterfalls, bat caves, a boat ride through a national park, and our highlight, the "Skybridge." Fortunately, our weather was perfect. I don't think we would have enjoyed it on a rainy day. Our driver/guide spoke almost no English, but she was very friendly and polite and pointed us in the right directions with instructions on where and when to meet back up with her after exploring each stop.
