Shadow was absoloutly amazing. Unlike his name he was very visible the whole tour. Gave clear instructions and was very friendly. Also shadow is a very talented jetski rider, he showed us how to do a barrel row.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was an amazing experience so I had to. My guide for the tour was Ralph, who was exceptional. He was passionate about his job and it wasn’t just another tour. Ralph also took time to get extra photos and videos of me and my group throughout the tour. He was 10/10! The tour itself was also flawless. Although I picked the silver package which was shorter, it was still a well worth it experience. The equipment was all provided and was maintained well - make sure to get a waterproof bag from them to avoid having your things soaked if it rains like I did. Another thing to note is you will need to pay 20 ringgits at the freshwater lake island, but it is well worth it for a swim. Overall, don’t miss this experience. If you’re thinking about it and might be on the fence, just say yes. I can guarantee you will like the tour.

It was a great experience from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel and there the adventure started with a nice driver who sparked our enthusiasm. Once we arrived at the beach, a good instruction awaited and we set off. It took some getting used to but in the end it worked well with the sailing the instructors were very patient. In the end, we had a wonderful trip along many sights with a nice story of our good at each stop. What a great way to see the surroundings. Top attraction with very fine people. The drone video that comes with it is very cool

Absolutely amazing experience! The Red Ray Jetski team is super professional, friendly, and safety-focused. Everything was well organized, the jetskis were powerful and in perfect condition, and the guides specially Mr Owen and Ralaph made sure we had the best time ever. Highly recommend them!

We reached their kiosk hoping for a last minute slot. Met a fantastic guide name JOE who took care of our private 4 hour jet ski trip in the most wonderful way possible. He ensured that we were safe all the time and at the same time made our adrenaline pumped up throughout the adventure.
