The Langtang Valley and GosainKunda Trek begin with your arrival in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city of Nepal. After being greeted at the airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel where you can rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Take this opportunity to explore the bustling streets of Thamel or visit some of Kathmandu's famous cultural sites.

Syapru Besi

On the second day, you'll embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of your trek. Enjoy stunning views of the Nepalese countryside as you wind your way through lush forests and traditional villages. Upon arrival in Syabrubesi, you'll settle in for the night, preparing for the adventure ahead.

Your trek officially begins as you leave Syabrubesi behind and make your way to the Lama Hotel. Traverse through dense forests and along rushing rivers, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Langtang region. Lama Hotel, nestled amidst towering trees, provides a cozy and welcoming stop for the night.

Langtang Valley Trek

Continue your journey deeper into the Langtang Valley as you trek to Langtang Village. Along the way, you'll pass through charming villages and terraced fields, with stunning mountain views guiding your path. Arrive in Langtang Village, home to the Tamang people, and experience their rich culture and hospitality.

Kyanjin Gompa

Today's trek takes you to Kyanjin Gumba, the heart of the Langtang region. Follow the trail as it winds through alpine meadows and past yak pastures, with panoramic views of snow-capped peaks unfolding before you. Arrive in Kyanjin Gumba, where you'll be greeted by the sight of the towering Langtang Lirung and the sounds of prayer flags fluttering in the wind.

Take a break from trekking and embark on a day hike to Cherko-Ri, a nearby viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the Langtang Himalayas. Marvel at the panoramic vistas of peaks like Langtang Lirung, Langshisha Ri, and Dorje Lakpa before returning to Kyanjin Gumba for another night amidst the mountains.

Kyanjin Gompa

After hiking to Cherko Ri, return to Kyanjin Gompa for the night.

Bid farewell to Kyanjin Gumba as you retrace your steps back to Lama Hotel. Descend through lush forests and picturesque landscapes, with the soothing sounds of the river accompanying you along the way. Arrive in Lama Hotel and relax, reflecting on the incredible journey so far.

Thulo Syabru

Continue your trek as you make your way to Thulo Syabru, a traditional Tamang village nestled on a hilltop. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains as you trek through terraced fields and rhododendron forests. Arrive in Thulo Syabru and immerse yourself in the local culture and way of life.

Set out from Thulo Syabru as you continue your trek to Chandanwari. Traverse through lush forests and along rocky trails, with stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. Arrive in Chandanwari, a picturesque village nestled amidst the Himalayan landscape, and settle in for the night.

Gosainkunda

Today's trek takes you to the sacred lakes of GosainKunda, revered by Hindu pilgrims for their spiritual significance. Trek uphill through rugged terrain and past alpine lakes, with panoramic views of the Langtang Himalayas accompanying you along the way. Arrive at GosainKunda and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the lakes, surrounded by towering peaks.

Leave GosainKunda behind as you embark on a challenging trek to Ghopte. Traverse across high mountain passes and through remote valleys, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes unfolding before you. Arrive in Ghopte, a small settlement perched on a hillside, and rest your weary legs after a long day of trekking.

Continue your journey as you trek to Kutumsang via Thadepati Pass. Ascend to the pass, where you'll be rewarded with panoramic views of the Himalayas stretching out before you. Descend through rhododendron forests and pastures dotted with grazing yaks, arriving in Kutumsang for a well-deserved rest.

Chisapani

Resume your trek as you make your way to Chisapani, a charming hill station overlooking the Kathmandu Valley. Trek through dense forests and along winding trails, with occasional glimpses of the distant mountains. Arrive in Chisapani and unwind, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and stunning sunset views.

Sundarijal Water Falls

On the final day of your trek, descend from Chisapani to Sundarijal, passing through lush forests and terraced fields. Upon reaching Sundarijal, you'll be met with a vehicle for the drive back to Kathmandu. Reflect on your incredible journey through the Langtang Valley and GosainKunda region as you journey back to the bustling capital city, where you can celebrate your achievements and reminisce about your adventure.

On the final day of your trek, you'll trek to Sundarijal and then drive back to Kathmandu. Reflect on the incredible experiences and memories you've made during your time in the Langtang Valley and Goshainkunda region. Spend your last evening in Kathmandu enjoying a farewell dinner and reminiscing about your adventure before departing for your onward journey the next day.
