  Wait time is too long, waited 3 hours. The crystal cabin is more frequent then normal one. Where the standard cabin queue is endless, you are forced to make a decision to wait 3 hours+ or buy crystals as a upgrade. It's basically designed in a way to force u to pay higher price or wait long hours.

  Great tour , I did not really want to take a tour from Kowloon because I didn’t need a guide from there even though I was staying there ,I essentially walked on Kowloon promenade to the star ferry and then to Hong Kong station ,took train from there straight to Tung Chung ,this cut down the cost of the tour by half and gave me extra time to do stuff on my own as well as tour was for 5 hours ,at Nnong Ping ,special thanks to Luna expertly shepherded us to the front of the very long Chinese New year weekend queue to a beautiful crystal plus cabin (both ways ) ,we then met our very funny and engaging guide Ricky (Martin ) and had a wonderful guided tour of both Tai O and Po Lin monastery ,We then walked up the Tian Tan Buddha steps and also saw the movie . I would have done the Wisdom path if we had reached a tad earlier ,even saw the beautiful white dolphins at Tai O.

  

  

  

  

• Disappointing

  Was so crowded and we waited in a long queue for hours. After we arrived at the Buddha, the activities was not a lot to browse or to have fun with. The long queue was def the disappointing part and it kinda ruined the whole trip.

  Ver bad experience, charged for tickets way before the line starts, without informing on the crowd It was waste of 2 hours only lineup You need to a full day just to reach up

• Trapped in the Ngong Ping Cable Car Queue

  The cable car operation was suspended due to rain, citing safety reasons, and passengers were not allowed to board. Unfortunately, our family was scheduled to return to Hong Kong around 6:00 PM. The handling of the situation was far from ideal. There was no prior information stating that the service would stop in case of rain, which caused significant inconvenience. Many visitors, including us, were forced to wait for a very long time in a long, standing queue. The waiting area was poorly ventilated and only equipped with fans, making it feel very stuffy. They mentioned that buses would be provided to bring people down, but the decision-making process took an unreasonably long time. It was frustrating that while they could predict the risks of operating during rain, they seemed unprepared to make a timely decision whether to proceed with cable cars or arrange immediate bus transport.

  I came to visit, the queue management is very bad, making me wait for a long time and those who booked through the agency have to wait for a long time to exchange the ticket, having to stand and wait for 1-2 hours. The ticket price is expensive, the system management is not good at all. If possible, do not come here, it is crowded. The staff service is not good, they speak very badly. I feel not impressed when I come here and will not come again. I bought a crystal cable car ticket, and I still had to sit with people I didn't know. It was terrible to have this kind of experience.
