Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 Lbs (112 kg/ 17.9 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased.

In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (112 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).

The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.
10-12 minute helicopter flight (including loading and unloading)
If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking
You are required to present a valid government issued identification at the time of checkin.
Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.
Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.
All helicopter tours depart from 5596 Haven Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

1.00They ask you be there 30min before flight starts to check in then flight time wasn’t on time it was delayed by 30min and If you sit on the right side of the helicopter behind the pilot all you see is the outskirts of Las Vegas especially when the flight is full. Not worth it. Waste of 1 1/2 hours of night and 15min of that was the actual flight time.
Service and communication was very disappointing …

3.00-We booked a flight time for 10pm to see Bellagio Fountains from the Helicopter, they rushed us to fly at 9:45. We missed the show. -We requested front seats several times days in advance. We requested MANY times in writing through the booking site. By phone the the booking operator. By phone with the front desk on site of flight. And in person at time of arrival with check in desk. (We also arrived early at 9:15pm for our 10:00pm flight , just to specifically be first to arrive and request front seats.) - As we were waiting in the lobby for the flight, there were only 4 other people. We found out after talking to them , that they were friends of the front desk staff. They ended up getting the front seats we requested 4 different times! I imagine they did not even pay. We were disappointed.

1.00Do not ride on the right-hand side of the helicopter, you won't see anything. Everything is completely on the left-hand side. You don't get a choice as it is weight-based and they cram you in with 7 people total. Not worth it. Spend a bit more for a private or another company that offers a larger window and offers views from both sides of the helicopter, as opposed to just one side. Please change the route to allow people on the right side to see some of the strip. This was so disappointing. Shame on this tour company.
