Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 Lbs (112 kg/ 17.9 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased.

In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (112 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).

Children age 2 years and older require a seat per FAA regulations

The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.

10-12 minute helicopter flight (including loading and unloading)

If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel

If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking

You are required to present a valid government issued identification at the time of checkin.

Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.

Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.

All helicopter tours depart from 5596 Haven Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

The workers wanted us to come wayyy early before our scheduled time, we were rushed , and the flight was only 10 mins long flying around the city but I think it was still worth the money

Excellent . Took my grandson on his first helicopter ride and it couldn’t have been a better experience riding right alongside the pilot.

Our flight was scheduled for 7:00 PM. We had plans to go to a club at 9:30 PM, so timing mattered. From 7:00 PM to almost 10:00 PM, we were constantly told “15 more minutes”. Every single time. We waited over 3 hours with no clear explanation, no honesty, and no responsibility from your staff. When it became obvious that the delay was unacceptable, we asked to cancel. You refused. You forced us to continue after completely ruining our schedule. Once we finally took off, the experience was a total disaster. Visibility was terrible — we could barely see anything at all. Absolutely not what we paid for. Because of YOUR delays, we arrived late to our club reservation and were denied entry for missing check-in time. Our entire New Year’s night was ruined, and this is 100% because of your company’s incompetence and poor management. This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No accountability, no compensation, no care for customers’ time or plans. We expect a full refund and a serious explanation. Otherwise, we will take this further and make sure others are aware of this experience.
