  The tour with Diana was great! We went to a lot of local spots and tired a wide variety of food. Good mix of sweet and savory options. Diana also gave lot's of advice on spots to visit after the tour (such as cafes and bars).

  This tour was an excellent way to explore Medellín’s food scene. Our guide, Toto, was super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to share insights into local ingredients and traditions. We visited a variety of spots, from casual street vendors to small eateries, sampling a range of authentic dishes and drinks along the way. (Come hungry! You will be served a lot of food!) The pacing was comfortable, with lots of time to enjoy the food and ask questions. It was a fun, informative and tasty experience we would recommend to any hungry visitor to Medellín.

  Such a great way to experience lots of different food in a short period of time. Come hungry that is for sure! We loved Diana, we had twice this day in the morning with the fruit tour and in the afternoon with the food tour. It tour wasn't just about food, it was also about the history of Medellin and the development of it. It was part food and part history which we LOVED!! The shops she took us to had history to them in Medellin. Diana's energy and enthusiasm made this tour an amazing experience. We recommend this tour to other family members that were also visiting.   Thank you Toto for an amazing food tour of Laureles. A very knowledgable, kind and funny host who gave us the history of Medellin and how this translates into the foods. Everything was delicious with a diverse selection. Definitely do this tour.

  We had such a fun time trying such cool and unique fruit you would never choose yourself. Our tour guide Diana made the experience, she was so knowledgeable and so fun!

  We had an amazing time on this food tour. Our tour guide David was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and overall an awesome tour guide. The food was delicious and there was a lot of food offered. We left feeling very full and satisfied. We were debating doing a food tour in Poblado or Laureles and we are very happy we chose Laureles. We highly recommend this tour.

  I booked a last minute Food tour with the company and met some of the energetic, easy going bunch of people I've met during my solo trip here in Medellin. The tour guide, Toto was energetic, passionate and proud of the city he grew up in and you can see it in the way he explains what and how the food was made and it's significance to the people of Medellin. Ended the tour/night with laughter; definitely a tour to remember ☺️ Thanks Toto!

  If you’re tired of food tours that leave you hungry, look no further. Before the end we were begging Toto to stop feeding us, but the food just kept coming. The portions were so generous and the variety of local fruits and dishes was endless and delicious. ​Toto himself is a gem—high energy and great vibes. He makes the tour feel like a stroll with a friend rather than a rigid itinerary. There wasn't a lot of heavy walking, which made for a very laid-back, indulgent afternoon. I cannot recommend this tour—or Toto—highly enough. Come hungry!
