The Lauterbrunnen E-Bike Tour with Flying Wheels is a true highlight for nature lovers and leisure travelers. The tour takes you through one of the most breathtaking alpine valleys in Switzerland – the Lauterbrunnen Valley, often referred to as the "Valley of 72 Waterfalls." The very first glimpse of the narrow valley, framed by steep cliffs with dramatic cascading waterfalls, lush green meadows, and traditional chalets, is simply stunning.
With Flying Wheels’ high-quality e-bikes, you glide effortlessly and eco-friendly through the alpine landscape, passing roaring waterfalls like the Staubbach Falls and the Trümmelbach Falls – the latter a hidden natural wonder inside the mountain. And not to be forgotten: our famous Swiss Mountain Picnic! Everything is included in the price.

This is an intermediate level tour and thus NOT appropriate for persons, who are not confident riding a bicycle! For safety reasons we perform a bike riding test before the tour begins. If you sign in but the test reveals that you (or a person you have signed in) is only at beginner bike skill level, we'll have to exclude you (or any person you have signed in) from the tour. In these cases there will be NO REFUND. Thank you for your understanding.
Teens must be at least 16 years to join this tour, and be accompanied by an adult who signs the legal disclaimer
This tour is NOT appropriate for kids/teens below 16 years. Child trailers or child seats are not possible
Operates in case of light rain, please dress appropriately (rain coats and trousers, gloves etc. are provided by us for free). In case of heavy rain the tour is cancelled free of charge. Please don't rely too much on forecasts, speak to us before making wrong conclusions how the weather will be on the day of the tour. We are in the mountains and weather forecasts are not always correct.
There's a weight limit for bicycles and e-bikes of 110 kgs / 240 lbs. For insurance and business liability reasons we are not allowed to hand-out the e-bike if you are above that limit.

5.00This bike experience through Lauterbrunnen Valley was a highlight of our trip! Our guide George was friendly & knowledgeable, and the ride was easy on the ebikes. I would recommend this trip for the traveler who wants to get a little movement on their trip, but it's not rigorous. Beautiful way to spend a day!

5.00Beautiful day for a ride. Marceau was a great guide as we biked through the valley. The picnic lunch was perfect for the day. Definitely a top tour in my book as you will never see anything as beautiful.

5.00Amazing trip! Be prepared for about 25 miles of biking, but the ebike really makes it quite manageable and fun! The waterfalls were breathtaking, and the picnic was so quaint. Marceau was our guide, and so knowledgeable and friendly.

5.00This bike tour was WONDERFUL‼️ The leader was fantastic with lots of history and knowledge of the surrounding area. It was a beautiful path/trail and gave us a glimpse of the quieter side of Switzerland. Did I mention the beauty? I highly recommend this tour! I’m 72 and my friends that were with me are 75 and 78. If you think it won’t be challenging enough for you, think again and don’t use the turbo!

5.00The bike ride was fun and the area was beautiful. George, our guide, was informative, conscientious and interesting. We are three older riders, and he "watched over us like a mother hen" to make sure our experience was successful. Would do it again given the opportunity.

5.00You will bike approx 44 km (27 miles). We spent about 2.5 hours actually riding the bike. Some decent inclines but there are long areas where you just coast.

5.00This was an amazing e-bike tour!!! The breathtaking scenery, all our fabulous stops and a delicious picnic. Marceau was professional, attentive to the groups needs, and personable. We figured we went about 24 miles and had many stops to refresh our legs. We always felt safe and received all the instructions that we needed to make it happen. I would highly recommend this trip!!!! Great bikes too.
