Our driver was Lillian, she was right on time. When they thought she might be a bit late they called me and our hotel in advance, but she made it anyway :-). She was really really nice and helpful and made sure that we have everything we need. We didn't have internet or cash, so she drove us to an atm and googled our Terminal for the connection flight for us. I can highly recommend this tour, we had a very nice experience with Lillian as a driver. Just be aware that if you want to take the slideway (toboggan) down, be there early enough. We waited about one hour in the queue.

We were picked up on time. Tickets were prepared for us in advance so we did not have to wait in a ticket queue. We had a good time on the wall, and were driven back to the airport. It was a perfect experience. We would recommend this tour to everybody.

Great tour soecially if you only have a few hours in Beijing. Miles was our driver and he was super nice, on time and speaks great English. He managed oir tickets to the great wall and dropped us back where we wanted. The car was brand new and very luxurious. 100% would recommend and repeat the experience!

Uncomplicated trip. Very helpful and friendly driver. He also supported us purchasing the tickets for the entrance. The price was absolutely fair. We definitely recommend Miles!

Our driver was extremely helpful, very fast and punctual, and always looking out for me and my travel partner. He got us out of a few jams where we could not communicate a situation with local business owners (i.e. our credit cards didn't work in China). We highly recommend this service.

We used Miles Meng's services to go to Mutianyu Great Wall, on june 2018. Everything went well. It is easy to communicate with Miles and proceed with the booking. The driver was right on time, and drives safely. He went with us up to the telecabin tickets to help us buy the best option for us. The car is in great condition. We had enough time on the great wall without feeling in a hurry. Then we were back to our hotel in Beijing. Easy, safe et great!
