Whether you are an individual, family, or corporate group, we will explore how horses can guide our explorations into presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, boundaries, and authentic leadership. No horse experience necessary and no riding is involved.

We serve individuals, families, and corporate teams at our beautiful 55 acre ranch-retreat property 20 minutes north of Boulder and customize 1.5h, half, and full day sessions. We customize based on an intake process for individuals and families as well as pre-retreat meetings for teams. Please note that the listed rate is for 1.5h sessions with 1-2 participants. For larger groups and corporate teams we offer a custom quote. Personalized coaching alongside exercises on the ground guide explorations into presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, boundaries, authentic leadership, and more. For groups, team exercises with the horses cultivate healthy dynamics and cohesion. Sessions take place in our outdoor arena and heated indoor arena and workshop spaces and the design blends leadership and mindfulness components guided by participant interest. We partner with 1-6 horses depending on the size of the group. For extended individual, family, and corporate team retreats we cater meals directly in our on site workshop spaces. No horse experience needed and no riding is involved.

5.00Wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but was extremely impressed with Bridget. She is a horse whisperer. I appreciate her taking the time with my mom and opening all of us to a new understanding of horses. She is a lovely person with a good heart. It takes someone special to rescue horses and give them a better life.
Such a special experience, highly recommend.

5.00It was such a beautiful experience! I had the privilege of working with Bridgit's 6 personal horses who each had their unique personality and history. I was coached to slow down and be fully present, matching the frequency of the horses and inviting them into relationship - it was incredibly powerful and therapeutic. It felt amazing to be able to educe action and connection with the horses from the place of pure energy. Words cannot describe the joy when you can truly commune with them! Brigit was an excellent coach, intuitive and generous. I could not recommend her and this retreat more!
The time I spent with Bridgit and her horses is an amazing experience I will never forget!!

5.00Bridgit is a wonderful facilitator. She took the time to not only welcome us into the space, but prepare us by leading us through mindfulness practices and sharing knowledge about the intricacies of the herd. Bridgit has a quiet strength and calm energy that immediately puts you at ease, knowing you are in capable hands. I have not had a lot of experience with horses and was quite nervous, I felt like she did such a great job creating an opportunity for me to move past the fear and open up to a greater state of inquiry in a way that made me feel safe and supported. By the end I had made a friend with Toro and did not want to leave. I highly recommend Bridgit’s course to anyone who would like to level up as a human or connect with the truly spectacular creatures that are horses!!

5.00My team and I had a wonderful time doing a half day equine leadership development session with Bridgit at Wildsong Ranch.We engaged in a unique and insightful series of exercises on the ground with the horses. Her facilitation skills are top notch, and she adeptly met different themes that came up around psychological safety and barriers to collaboration, both of which had been underlying areas needing support on our team. I personally plan to come back with my family and do an equine leadership session on the ground when we are back in town. Thank you for an incredible and meaningful experience, Bridgit!

5.00Bridgit, I wanted to thank you again for our equine session with you June 8. The experience was one I wont forget. With your guidance I was able to go from being very nervous around the horse to feeling like he was my new best friend. Your insight and intuition is spot on and your wisdom with coaching horses and people is very beneficial. You read people well and get right to the heart of the matter. The session taught me to relax and know I can allow myself to be my true self and continue to grow as a person and not put limits on myself. My grandson and I participated together and for him it was his favorite activity of our entire trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

5.00I highly recommend equine sessions, whether you are solo or with family. It was a fascinating deep dive into my own leadership strengths and challenges, self awareness, and body-based ways of relating. It also connected me deeper with presence and nature in a way I long for. Bridgit is a great companion and coach, meeting each person where they need.

5.00During a recent stay in Boulder, I came across the Equuslibere Discovery Experience. Based on my inquiry, Bridgit designed an equine-facilitated learning session around my particular health related needs. While I expected this to be a meaningful interaction with a horse, I did not expect it to reemphasize so much about my mind and body. Bridgit guided me through an interaction that was driven by the horse based on the degree I managed to be present. It was an amazing experience how the horse helped me to understand my level of mindfulness which in turn drives me to be better in tune with the health of my body. I highly recommend this program and would encourage anyone interested to reach out to Bridgit so it can be best tailored to specific needs.
