The experience of traveling the countryside, meeting people on a personal basis, being so close to history is travel of the highest level. We have finally learned, that when Viator says Private Tour, you are royalty for that occasion. A nice savory lunch, direct observation of artifacts, a walk to and on burial mounds, finishing with Vikingodden and viking longships. History pleasantly learned, in an open form. Anja was our Viking High Priestess, and Kristian navigated his “Ship” through the highway seas with maritime skills.
