228 Peace Memorial Park
The park preserves most of Taiwan's Japanese-occupied buildings and other cultural relics with historical value. It also has a monument commemorating the victims of the February 28 Incident. The park also features a concert hall and sports areas.
In front of the City Hall Plaza, you can not only look up at Taipei's tallest skyscraper 101, but also look down at the rainbow runway.
