Lind and Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. In everything that is produced, the watchword is ‘balance’.

Over the course of 75 minutes:

Enjoy your signature Gin and Tonic on arrival.

Hear the stories behind the origins of Lind and Lime Gin

Put in a shift on the capsule spinner on the bottling line as you fill and label your very own 5cl bottle of Lind and Lime Gin.

Pay attention, take a seat and mix your perfect Gimlet.

Sip your Gimlet while you hear few more stories.

Taste some more delights in the shop on the way out.

Excellent tour/tastingwith Erin who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and lots of little anecdotes about the company. Thoroughly enjoyable and plenty gin to drink too!! They also have the distillery of Leith which is next on the list and looks great.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience with tour delivered by the very knowledgeable & humorous Annabelle. It was good to hear the history of the product and the production in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. It was fun bottling our own miniature and the gimlet cocktail was delicious. Whilst acknowledging your green credentials I would suggest stronger bag, especially in the rainy weather, as my miniature of whiskey smashed on Leith Walk fortunately my bottle of Lind & Lime gin survived.

Fantastic tour. Great information and loads of gin ‘things’ to taste. History of the gin and a chance to taste the ingredients used in Lind and Lime.

We were gifted a tour & cocktail experience for Christmas. Adeline, our guide was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and very friendly and added a nice touch of humour to the tour! Very laid back and well worth the price, and more! Would definitely recommend!
Great way to spend a cold February afternoon.

We visited Lind & Lime Distillery on a Thursday afternoon and had a fantastic experience, we were lucky it was production day. There were just four of us in the group, which made it feel relaxed and intimate. The session was friendly, authentic, and hands-on. We learned about the history of the company and the story behind the beautiful bottle design, which was really interesting & all with a G&T in hand of course! It was great value for money, and the highlight was creating our own bottle to take home and enjoy. Annabelle was a great guide, knowledgeable, engaging, and made everyone feel involved. A brilliant experience that feels personal rather than touristy, highly recommended.
