Lind and Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. In everything that is produced, the watchword is ‘balance’.
Over the course of 75 minutes:
Enjoy your signature Gin and Tonic on arrival.
Hear the stories behind the origins of Lind and Lime Gin
Put in a shift on the capsule spinner on the bottling line as you fill and label your very own 5cl bottle of Lind and Lime Gin.
Pay attention, take a seat and mix your perfect Gimlet.
Sip your Gimlet while you hear few more stories.
Taste some more delights in the shop on the way out.

5.00We had a fab experience, great tour and very interesting. Rocky was a great tour guide and knew his stuff. The staff were lovely too. Good fun all round and worth doing. Especially enjoyed the "bottling up our miniature bottle" and making the cocktail. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

5.00Visited on our visit to Edinburgh as my wife loves her gin and we discovered Lind and Lime on Lake Garda only to be blown away that it was in Edinburgh. Brilliant tour, we were so lucky to be the only people on ours but the wonderful guide, Rocky, never missed a beat on the history and details of the gin making. On top of that we drank more gin than we should on a Saturday lunchtime and left with our own bottle and moment. Incredibly good value and highly recommended.

5.00A fabulous experience in Edinburgh with the lovely hostess Annabelle who shared lots of fun facts and information. Amazing value using the EH postcode discount at just £24pp. This not only included a double gin on arrival, making our own cocktail but a miniature to take home. A very nice gin too!

5.00A lovely tour with just a small amount of people, with the amazing tour guide adeline. Everything explained so well and at the end with some nice little souvenirs, which are two little bottles of lind and lime gin. Recommended a 100 %!

5.00Had done the Port of Leith Distillery Tour January 2025 and always intended to do The Lind &Lime tour, however life got in the way a bit. However made it yesterday and I was not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed into the shop and invited to look around. Rocky, our tour guide, was very professional and informed. He answered questions thoroughly and made the tour very enjoyable. A very well spent 75 minutes. A nice group size, 24 of us, so plenty room to move around and hear Rocky. Would certainly recommend and visit again.
