Lind and Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. In everything that is produced, the watchword is ‘balance’.

Over the course of 75 minutes:

Enjoy your signature Gin and Tonic on arrival.

Hear the stories behind the origins of Lind and Lime Gin

Put in a shift on the capsule spinner on the bottling line as you fill and label your very own 5cl bottle of Lind and Lime Gin.

Pay attention, take a seat and mix your perfect Gimlet.

Sip your Gimlet while you hear few more stories.

Taste some more delights in the shop on the way out.

Wonderful couple of hours. Interesting, good fun, learnt lots and the guide Annabelle was a hoot. Great way to spend the afternoon and sample a few drinks.

A fabulous and interesting afternoon topped off with a cocktail making session , I think a gimlet with Lind & Lime gin is my new favourite go to ! We then visited the distillery and the bar on floor 8 . Highly recommended 🤩

Spectacular tour, history and a lovely group of humans at our tour! So fascinating to learn about he history of the company and the history of gin. We loved every moment!
