Lind and Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. In everything that is produced, the watchword is ‘balance’.
Over the course of 75 minutes:
Enjoy your signature Gin and Tonic on arrival.
Hear the stories behind the origins of Lind and Lime Gin
Put in a shift on the capsule spinner on the bottling line as you fill and label your very own 5cl bottle of Lind and Lime Gin.
Pay attention, take a seat and mix your perfect Gimlet.
Sip your Gimlet while you hear few more stories.
Taste some more delights in the shop on the way out.

5.00Great expierience, we had warm welcome from the team when we arrived. On the tour we learnt alot about the company and history of gin and Leith. Enjoyed the welcome drink and the other acivities including the cocktail making . Great value for money and very informative.

Although we have been on a few gin distillery tours etc, it was great to hear the Lind and Lime history, of the co-owners, Leith and obviously Lind and Lime gin and its name origins, bottle design/botanicals etc. The double gin upon arrival, the filling and labelling of the 5cl bottle, and the self made Gimlets only added to the tour, thank you!!!
