5.00Kalipo was awesome. His delivery of his knowledge of Rome didn't feel like a history lesson. It was a highlight of our trip. Although the excursion included gelato, the clerk asked one of the group members for payment for the 6 of us, which he paid.

5.00I must say that this tour exceeded all of my expectations! This was suggested by the Orient Express La Minerva concierge to explore the more local side of Rome since we have been tourists in the Eternal City many times. Daniele made this tour special! He was the most knowledgeable tour guide that we have had. He intricately weaved history, lore, anecdotes, culture into sights off the beaten path. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor were refreshing, and his connections to local vendors made for special tastings. We truly got the “flavor” of Rome from a local. Don’t be put off by the concept of a golf cart tour; this is THE vehicle to get one through the narrow alleys in this ancient city. We cannot recommend this tour enough! Good luck Daniele in your forthcoming nuptials to a Sicilian; I have been married to one for 41 years! Bellisimo e molto bene!

5.00We just finished our tour with Pietro and it was amazing. It’s our last day in Rome so we had already been to many of the sites but Pietro was so knowledgeable that it felt like seeing them for the first time. He was full of historical knowledge, funny stories and personal anecdotes about growing up in Rome. Our kids said it was the best tour they did after 2 weeks in Europe. We had delicious food at a market we would have never seen on our own. I’m a travel agent and will be recommending this tour to anyone coming to Rome. We will definitely do another tour with Pietro when we come back to Rome.

5.00Valerio was amazing! Such a fun and informative tour. We covered so much ground in just four hours. In the June heat the golf cart tour was definitely the way to go. We had a group of six and fit comfortably on the cart. Our time at the market indulging in vino and local cuisine was a highlight of our time together. Highly recommend!

5.00Valerio was an incredible tour guide. Thus was the second day of our stay in Rome and we had an amazing tour in all areas of interest in the city. I feel we can leave Rome having had such an educational experience and tons of fun!

5.00This is a multi-generation family owned business who prides themselves on ensuring the interaction and communication between the driver and clients are world class. Valerio was our driver throughout our 4 hour excursion on May 3, 2025 and he was outstanding. The golf cart ride is comfortable and is truly a unique way to see Ancient Rome and to experience the true culture of the city by accessing narrow streets and alleys where buses and most cars would not be able to go. We highly recommend this company and it is wonderful to see the passion and knowledge Valerio exhibits. It would be remiss on our part to not mention the authentic Italian cuisine experience provided during the excursion. Thanks….Debbie and Blair from Canada
