I’m Andrea, an outgoing American who’s lived in Munich since 2012. After living in six countries, I bring a global perspective — and a deep love for Bavarian beer, culture, and connection.
Starting Nov 24, we begin at Munich’s oldest Christmas market, the Christkindlmarkt at Marienplatz (14th century!), then stroll through the Viktualienmarkt Christmas market with a cold Tegernsee and a quick snack.
Then the beer fun begins:
Craft brewery for local Munich beers
Traditional beer hall where we sit and you can order dinner (not included)
Hofbräuhaus to finish
3 beers included!
You’ll hear fun stories, ask anything, and enjoy a relaxed small-group night that feels like hanging with a local who actually loves this city.

We will get a cold refreshing beer 'wegbbier' (included!) and go wander around the famous Viktualienmarkt food and snack market learning about Munich history and its culture of beer.
We'll visit a local craft beer favorite and get 1 beer included - choose from several different kinds.

5.00I wish I had this tour the first day I arrived. During the tour, we enjoyed beer four different ways. We were shown different shops for food and how to make yourself at home in a crowded Beer Hall. Basically, how to be a local. The tour guide was very personable and insightful about living in Munich. This was a very fun tour.

5.00Andrea was great! It was just myself, my father-in-law and her on our tour. Starting your tour with a "wegbier" (beer-to-go) is pretty great. We walked around the market and we're able to ask questions about customs, etc. and get the local low-down. Awesome.

5.00Fantastic personalised and interesting tour of Munich with a good selection of beers included. There were only 7 of us on the tour and it felt more like an evening out with friends. Andrea was a fantastic guide and we'd thoroughly recommend her tour!

5.00If anyone is going to Munich, I cannot recommend this highly enough. Andrea is the perfect host and it honestly feels like you are sharing a beer with a very knowledgeable friend. We didn't want a guide that sprouted facts at you whilst in a group of 30 and you followed a flag. This tour is a very small group (7 on ours). You start by being given a beer and walking round the markets. The group is smaller and you have chance to ask questions and have conversations. You visit different places to drink (beer included in the price) before ending at a beer hall where you can all sit and drink for a bit longer (gave us chance to buy Andrea a drink). Its a personal approach and Andrea has created this tour perfectly.

5.00This beer tour was such a great experience – not just about the drinks, but the whole atmosphere! We started with a walk through a historic market filled with amazing smells, local delicacies, and vibrant energy. Our guide gave us great insight into the history and culture of the area, and we even got to sample some delicious market bites along the way. The beer tastings were well-curated, with a great mix of local brews and stories behind each one. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or just along for the fun, it felt relaxed and welcoming. The combination of good food, great beer, and the charm of the old market made this one of the most memorable parts of my trip.
