  Picked up from accom in timely manner. Driver very friendly. Staff on Livingstone Island were amazing. Made me feel very at ease and safe. Food delicious. Cannot fault any of it. Would highly recommend.

  Very well organized, pick up on time from the hotel, very clear safety indications, excellent breakfast after the activity, very well trained guides, the walk itself is spectacular, good views, the wonderful falls, although at the time you can visit the devils pool the level is very low... we even saw hippos on the stretch to Livingstone Island. It is a 100% safe tour. In the subject of photographs .. the guides take them, they also carry waterproof bags for you to carry your cameras or mobile phones, you do not need to carry anything extra, you only have to pay an extra for the use of rubber shoes (windsurf type) to use in the tour.   Incredibly challenging to work with. Had travel delay with local buses and issues with rescheduling. 0 flexibility or understanding from the operator. Ended up losing my money and booking a separate tour due to the issues. The location and view with other group was incredible, but this group did nothing to try and make the event happen for me after booking. They just took my money and said no refund and no scheduling flexibility. Strongly encourage you to consider another tour group.

  From start to finish, one of the most professionally run tours I've ever been on. Everyone from Drivers to guides to the staff who brought our delish breakfast post-pool, are WONDERFUL! But of course, the real thrill of this is getting in the water at the top of the falls in Devil's Pool! It's just a smooth-as motor boat ride, then a little tip-toe across some rocks, and a safe swim through shallow water following a rope, and you're there! Words can't explain the wonder and excitement (and yes - little bit of fear) you feel as you near the edge! But your guides have got you covered. If you want to, you can grab the rim and lie flat (tummy down) as the guides hold your ankles. They said to me: 'Now go out a little more until you see the bottom!' I said: 'I can see the bottom! I can see the bottom!' (But really, I couldn't see the bottom!) Folks in my group after me were MUCH braver, one taking out his own Go-Pro and asking the guides to help him spin onto his back on the edge so he could take a selfie! And he really could see the bottom! There are heaps of laughs to be had on this tour, and all while getting the heart rate up, and marvelling at one of the Earths True Wonders! It's so exhilarating! Totally Recommend!

  Tony and team was amazing in the entire preparation to execution, especially when it comes to the need of border crossing. Devil pool was one in a lifetime experience. 100% reccomend to go w this agency!

  So I initially used this company for airport transfer. I walked outside of the airport and found a cab. During my taxi ride on the Zambia side after the immigration stop, Andy, my driver, informed me that other activities were available if interested. I ended up booking Devil's Pool at Livingstone Island and then a spur of the moment Bungee jump in Victoria Falls bridge. Andy was always my driver. In fact, I recommend finding a driver and using them throughout your stay. I found it very convenient that way since there are no ubers in this area. He was very pleasant, professional and always on time. The day before I left, he recommended that I see the Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe side. Since I was also leaving that day, he took me to the border then arranged a partner to take me to the Falls and wait for me. It was seamless and very thoughtful. I enjoyed my stay in Zambia and Andy made sure of it. Thank you!

  The guide canceled on me because he was overbooked, but still have not recieved a refund. Beware of overbooking. I found this to be super unprofessional. If booked there should be no cancelations from the guild.

  Wow! Everything about this excursion was magnificent. The staff was great. The views were phenomenal! The food was excellent. I don't have enough adjectives. Just do it.

  Superb experience. It is a must visit. Even if you are not keen to take a dip in ANgels pool, still the visit is worth to see the views. Before you reach the island, make sure you change your shoes to the crocs they give and carry the towel. The boat ride to the island is so excited with twists and turns. Once you reach the island you can change into your swim wear and take a dip. In May, the water was freezing in the Angels pool. For Devils pool one has to go in Oct to Dec not in May. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. I am sure they can have better options to serve, specially for the vegetarian guests.
