5.00Mr Thulani was amazing! He showed me around Victoria Falls and got to explore the city of Livingston in Zambia. He even took me to the 5-star Victoria Falls Hotel so I take photos and videos of the bridge and the falls! Totally recommend!

3.00Zimbabwean falls side excellent. Great knowledgeable guide who had been a ranger. Saw all the important things. Taken to clear immigration in Zambia and this is where the positives ended. New guide and driver took ages to arrive. No coordination by the company between Zimbabwean and Zambian handover. Saw the falls from the Zambian side. ok Then taken to lunch. Self funded which was ok but guide told us we could pay by card or cash. Incorrect. When we went to pay - Eftpos not working - even without checking. Fortunately we also had USD or could have been embarrassed. Then taken to Livingstone Museum. This is a self funded option but definitely worth doing. Driver and guide agreed a time for us to meet them outside - which we adhered to. However when we arrived, took the driver another 15 minutes to appear as he was attending to some personal business. Then came the city tour. We were expecting a walk around. However - instead a very superficial by car experience. “This is the hotel”. “This is the magistrates court”. “This is where people shop.” This was far from being a guided tour of the town. Do yourselves a favor - easier to catch a taxi to the Zimbabwe side and do the falls yourself. The guide/driver experience on the Zambian side was lac-lustre and it felt like they had no training in being a guide.

5.00Words cannot express how amazing this experience was. From beginning to end, what a truly unforgettable experience. Staff was professional, well coordinated and patient as we walked through the historic falls. They even got wet with us lol. Totally worth it and this company removed the stress as they made everything smooth and worry free.

5.00Great tour. Trevor was our guide for Zimbabwe side of the falls and he was personable and friendly. Falls were beautiful but you definitely need a raincoat and umbrella as spray will soak you. Raincoats can be hired. Would recommend shorts and taking a change of clothes. Bryan and Sylvia? were our guides in Zambia and were very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t do the full walk by the falls due to a bad knee but this was no issue. Had Zambia food for lunch at our cost which was very good but huge portions. Museum was very interesting and worth $5USD. Town tour was good. Had a great day, would highly recommend

5.00A great day exploring both sides of Victoria Falls. The help of the guides made the border crossing easy, and they made sure I was back on time for my afternoon activities. They had plenty of info about the falls and we did a 4km walk on the Zimbabwe side, followed by another 1.5km or so on the Zambia side. The guides on both sides were knowledgeable and helpful.

5.00This was a wonderful experience to be able to visit a Unesco Site and two (2) countires. Our guides in both countrues were helpful and friendly. Crossing the border for the day (and back was easy. Be sure you have a multi-entry visa. I definitely recommend this tour!

3.00Was a very good tour on paper, the guides were pleasant and friendly, but I thought it was over priced for what it was as I could have just walked from Zimbabwe falls to Zambia falls myself as did that the day before without issues. If the tour price included all entry cost it would be worth it otherwise I would say get the right visa in advance of your trip, walk across the bridge as border control was easy, once I. Zambia the falls entrance is about 50 metres on the left, really simple and save yourself some money.

5.00I was looking for a combo day tour that brought me to both the Zimbabwe and Zambia side of the falls and I chose well with this tour. I got picked up at my resort at 7:30 am on the Zimbabwe side, took a tour of the Victoria Falls park on this side, and then crossed the border into Zambia side around 10:30 am. Once I crossed the border I met my guide on the Zambian side and he drove me to the Devil’s Pool excursion that I requested be added on to the tour (cost an extra $155 usd). Once the Devil’s Pool excursion ended after 12:30 pm, my guide on the Zambia side took me to go tour the park on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls, then we went to have lunch in the town of Livingstone afterwards (my choice to do so and was also at my own expense). Once lunch was complete, my guide gave me a short driving tour of the town of Livingstone before driving me back towards the border where I met back up with my guides on the Zimbabwe side and they drove me back to my resort, having me back there by 6 pm. It was a great day tour and a big thank you to all the guides I engaged with this tour such as Roland and Yandie - my main guide and driver on the Zimbabwe side, Brian - my guide and also driver on the Zambian side, and Felix, Melvin, and Steven - our guides during the Devil’s Pool excursion. Because of their great job I enjoyed my day tour to the fullest and I believe I got the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a day tour in Victoria Falls that’ll take you to both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides plus more, definitely look into tour. Highly recommended! - Nolan
