This locally guided boat & walking tour allows you to explore this unique city and cruise around whilst doing so! See the best Ljubljana's spots from the river (boat) ground (walking) and sky (skyscraper) point of view.
We will sail with a beautiful licensed boat of Ljubljana which is spacious enough to feel comfortable and safe. The boat is open which will give you the true feeling of being one with the river and its beautiful surroundings, but it can be closed with panoramic windows as it can be cold or a bit rainy this time of year.
For the other part of the tour, we'll walk through the beautiful Baroque old town, Art-Nouveau new town, Town Hall, Dragon Bridge, Farmers Market, and of course experience life of the local people. Last but not least, we will visit old skyscraper with its remarkable architecture and enjoy a panoramic view of Ljubljana from above the sky.

5.00I was charmed by Ljubljana to start and this tour made me fall in love…with the people, the city, and its way of life. We were introduced to many little gems that we would have never seen or understood, as well as its history and culture. Our guide, Matt?, had the nicest sense of humor and made us all feel comfortable in a very rainy day.

5.00It was a comprehensive tour of the city but fun as well. The boat trip was very peaceful and our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places that were not so well known. We sampled local food and drink and spent a few hours getting to know Ljubljana. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

4.00Very good trip. Lake Bled is beautiful. Very comfortable transfer from the city, very knowledgeable and friendly guide. We went to the Castle and the Lake and took the boat out to the island. Would have been nice to have longer there. It was an 8am start and we were back in the city for 2pm. That said I think we missed the crowds!
I found the city bland and boring because of this experience

1.00Please don’t waste your money on this tour. Spent 2 hours wandering in the city, but didn’t remember much about the city, except for a bland joke about the locks left on the bridge which was repeated twice and nobody laughed during the two times. The tour guide seemed to be performing a script with no soul. Two people from our group were vegans so they could not taste the dairy and meat samples, which should have been taken into consideration for the pitstops of the tour. The guide also kept digging the guests’ backgrounds and made jabs at the stereotypes of each country which were not funny when used continually throughout the tour. At the end of the tour, we realised the other guests had signed up for free and were not obligated to tip the guide. For this quality of the tour, I didn’t think it was worth the listed price.
