Local Culture Tour (Coffee Farm included) in Me Linh commune - Da Lat

Start time : 9:00 - 11:00am ( Departure time may vary depending on weather conditions. )

Note : In the countryside, where mosquitoes are common, you are advised to bring long-sleeved clothing, hiking shoes, and mosquito repellent or sunscreen as needed .
Tour Itinerary
9:00 -9:20 am : Enjoy coffee
+ Go to the coffee shop on the farm, enjoy coffee and a beautiful morning at the farm. We will introduce you to the growing process of coffee, how we produce and operate a small farm in Vietnam.
Note : If you can't drink coffee and want something else, please let us know in advance and we'll try to make it for you, but an additional charge may apply.
9:20 - 9:45am : Experience the coffee production process
+ We will explore the process of growing, processing and brewing coffee from the farm without using any other flavorings. Learn about coffee roasting !
9:45 -10:15 am : Local historical site "Hai Ba Trung" (The Two Emperesses) temple
+ Move to the temple, one of the first constructions in this land of the migrants. You learn about the history of the land, culture and beliefs of the local people.
10:15 - 10:30 am : Experience the profession of "Growing mulberry and raising silkworms"
+ Come to the local farmer's house, you can experience and see the process of silkworms and mulberry leaves through the day and night care of farmers creates silk for weaving.
10:30 - 11:00 am : Visit the fruit garden and pick fruit
+ Go to the farmer's garden, see the garden to learn about the typical fruit trees of the indigenous people. Experience walking around the garden, picking fruits yourself and enjoying the fruits in the garden with many typical fruits such as avocado, starfruit, star apple, banana, back peppers... ( depends on season )
Note : This tour agenda can be customized upon your request. For a more enjoyable and engaging experience, participants from different groups may be combined. Tour shall be organized at 2 pax minimum.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Payment & Booking Confirmation
+ Guests are kindly required to make full payment (100% of the tour price) in advance to secure their booking.
+ Payment is considered as the official confirmation of participation in the tour.
+ Payment deadline: please pay right away to secure a post, but no later than 24 hours before departure.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellations made by the guest: ≤ 72 hours before departure => No refund
4 - 6 days before departure => 50% refund
≥ 7 days before departure => 80% refund (20% is our admin fee)
Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
Both parties will discuss to reschedule the tour or offer a refund depending on the specific situation.
3. Cancellations Made by the Organizer:
We guarantee a 100% refund of all payments made by the guest or offer to reschedule the tour to another available date at the guest's request.
4. Other Terms:
+ All cancellation or change requests must be made via email, message, or phone call and confirmed by us.
+ Any transaction fees arising during the refund process (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

+ The cancellation notice period is calculated from the time we receive your official request.
+ This policy may be adjusted during peak seasons or for special tours (prior notice will be given).
