Our 10 day trip to Edinburgh, Skye and the Highlands was wonderful! We had the best driver, Nick. He had expansive knowledge of the history and geography of Scotland and made sure we saw all of the best sights. He also went out of his way to help us with the trips little foibles like a debit card that was eaten by the bank ATM and a broken watch charger. He took us to out of the way places that we would have missed if we had stuck strictly to the itinerary. So, go to Scotland and get Nick as your driver! You won't regret it.

We did a three day tour from Edinburgh to Inverness then to Glasgow. Michael, our guide, was great. Easygoing, fun, and informative, he made a few additional stops at distilleries that made the trip even better. Highly recommend this tour, or any with MTB. Definitely want to go back!

My family and I had another excellent time discovering the Highlands in Scotland with Steve Watson our driver for 7 days. This is our second time using MTB Private Hire and once again they went above and beyond our expectations. Steve customized our time in the Highlands perfectly with castles, distilleries, hikes, golf, and filling us in on Scottish history along the way. Steve definitely added to the memories of our time visiting Scotland. He became a part of our families vacation and went out of his way on multiple occasions to make our trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend Craig Fleming as a driver and as a trip guide! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, safe, fun, had excellent recommendations for food, great conversation, and rearranged our schedule so we got to do more of the things we wanted to do! I WILL come back to Scotland, and I’m already recommending him to my brother and his wife when they get ready to visit!

Steve took us on the tour we paid for and then he had a couple of side trips to show us things that are not part of the tour. Ask for Steve he does a wonderful job.

Our adventure to Loch Ness and the Highlands was fantastic! Michael was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who gave us lots of great historical information on the areas we visited. Our ride was very comfortable and clean, and we took breaks anytime we needed them. Michael went out of his way to take us off-itinerary to a place we really wanted to see. He definitely made our trip special and kept us on time so we didn’t miss anything. I highly recommend MTB, and the adventure was geared toward the two of us, and what we were interested in. A beautiful experience!

The 7-day tour with MTB private hire through the highlands was the highlight of our trip. Our driver/guide, Gary Proctor, was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was always dressed in a kilt, neat, punctual, and knew a great deal about the area so he could customize the exact things we wanted to do. He offered several suggestions that made our experience more enjoyable. The vehicle was a pleasant, new Mercedes van. I would recommend this company, and specific driver Gary P with MTB private hire, to anyone contemplating a private tour.

Charlie R was a wonderful driver who became our friend. He is very knowledgeable, entertaining, and accommodating. We had some bad weather in the forecast, and Charlie went above and beyond to set up a new itinerary for us that ended up being a highlight of our trip. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. We cannot recommend Charlie enough to fellow travelers!

Michael was an outstanding guide. He is unusually knowledgeable about the many parts of Scotland and always steered us right. He was flexible, very personable, punctual, and had great suggestions to make our trip our own.. He is the kind of person you just want to sit down and have a beer with. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael to guide your trip through Scotland. Next time we are here, I’ll be sure to call on Michael to lead our Scottish adventure.
