Benang Stokal and Benang Kelambu Waterfall
Your friendly driver will meet you at 08:00 am in your hotel lobby. The first stop is Benang Stokel Waterfall, whose name means “a bundle of thread” in the local language, reflecting its twin streams about 15 meters high. The clear, fresh water and playful monkeys around the site make it even more special. From here, enjoy a 20-minute walk to Benang Kelambu Waterfall. Its unique charm lies in the way water flows through lush vegetation, giving the impression it emerges from the plants themselves. Fed by many springs, this waterfall cascades down two levels: the upper fall about 15 meters high, and the lower one about 5 meters. Its shape, resembling a curtain or mosquito net, inspires the name “Benang Kelambu,” or “Thread Netting” Waterfall.
Sade
Located in Rambitan Village, Central Lombok, Sade Hamlet is home to the Sasak people, who continue to preserve their rich customs and traditions. Daily life here remains deeply rooted in ancient Sasak culture, which is why Sade has been designated as a cultural tourism village in West Nusa Tenggara. The houses are built from bamboo with thatched alang-alang roofs, showcasing distinctive Sasak architecture that has stood the test of time. Visitors can explore the village, admire traditional songket weaving, and even try weaving their own piece with the guidance of local artisans. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to purchase authentic Lombok handicrafts directly from the craftsmen.

Amazing guide Habib and excursion!

5.00We had a amazing day with a super driver/guide Habib! Very good English speaker, very careful and safe driver in the crazy traffic, and most of all a genuine caring and good guy. We even stopped and met his father! We know where Habib gets his kindness and care..... First stop was the village where they hand weave cloth, next the amazing waterfalls, both sets of falls amazing. Then to the monkey forest, and lastly the large Mosque. We changed the beach to monkey and mosque due to the distance... Habib bought us drinks and chips, and at the monkey forest had a full serving of sate and rolled rice he bought for us after feeding monkeys peanuts. We felt bad he was spending money on treating us, but I think he genuinely wants to be a host for his country more than a driver! We had torrential rain back to the cruise ship, he was so cautious and safe getting us back to our ship. Overall a wonderful day excursion with Habib and great memories. 5.00Absolutely 10/10 experience! Sam, our driver, is one of the most friendly locals I have met yet. He took us all around his Island, gave us water, made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We saw local attractions and got some history but in turn he kept the conversation flowing with asking about our history as well. We ended our day at a local beach which was beautiful and then we climbed the hills for spectacular views. I have been touring Asia for 30 days and this by far was my favourite day in all of Indonesia! Thanks Sam for the wonderful memories!

5.00The waterfall was amazing and the weaving village was joyful. I would suggest a different beach (Belanak Beach)... it was unclean and very uncomfortable. We found much cleaner beaches closer to Kuta on our own. We did very much enjoy the unplanned stop at Sky Lancing Lombock Paragliding

5.00Excellent experience with the tour. Our driver was kind and very knowledgeable, picked us up and dropped us off as needed, and organised the visit at the waterfalls with another great local guide. We opted to only see the waterfalls, and they were incredible, Highly recommended, thanks for the memorable adventure.

5.00Eka picked us up on time and was very informative of what our schedule for the day was. The waterfalls are stunning plenty of time to relax and swim. Local village was interesting you even get to have a try of weaving. And the beach to finish off had crystal clear water and great views.

5.00Aby was our driver and guide. What a fantastic person with a big heart. It rained a lot that day and we were soaked after visiting the waterfalls. He went out of his way to get us some towels to dry off. In addition we also found a very badly injured puppy on the side of the road. On our request, he was kind and helpful and drove us with the puppy to the local vet. He even stopped the atm, so we could draw extra money. The weaving village run by local woman was also very interesting. All in all It was a great tour. We had the best driver and met some amazing people for whom nothing is a problem. It was a day we will not forget.

5.00Driver met us on time. Comfortable air conditioned car. Excellent professional driver who stayed with us all day. We decided on itinerary with help from driver. We went to some lovely places and ended up on a beautiful beach. Driver then took us up hill for brilliant views. We really enjoyed our day out and driver was brilliant Thank you for a lovely day.

5.00Our driver Julian picked us up on time from the cruise port. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the island. The first stop was a waterfall,which was beautiful however you need to be mobile because there are many uneven steps to climb. The second stop was "a traditional village however this is just a large building with a artist co-op. This was misleading but still enjoyable. Unfortunately our last stop was not possible because of the very limited time we had. We gave it still a 5 star because of the enjoyable time we had with our driver Julian.

5.00Our friendly driver/guide met us at the cruise port and proceeded to take us to several beautiful places. The vehicle was clean and comfortable with good A/C. The clear, spring-fed waterfalls were even prettier than expected - the hike through the jungle to see them was worth it and included sightings of several monkeys! There is quite a bit of driving between the stops, but Dade kept us informed and entertained with local culture and stories. The Sasak village was very interesting to see, it felt like a privilege to be allowed in. Last we chose to visit Tanjung Aan Beach, a truly spectacular place, with soft white sand, surfers, and still quite natural. A wonderful day despite the rainy weather!

5.00We booked the tour the day before, Gede our Driver-Guide was punctual, first took us to the waterfalls with another Guide, amazing. Then he took us to a village, where they show you how to make the fabrics and let you taste how they are made by hand. He took us to eat at a beach miles lovely selong and we stopped for a moment in Kuta to see the beach. In the village of sade he was our Guide and was wonderful. Back at the hotel we saw a traditional Lombok wedding and we could stop to see it. An excursion of 10. 100% recommended
