Make the most out of your time in England, and combine your transfer from London to Southampton cruise terminals with a visit to Windsor Castle.

This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. The service is also available to passengers on other ships if your arrival dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed. Please note you will need to make your own way to the ship we are servicing on that date.

Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry-on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each). If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.

Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.

What To Expect

Windsor Castle

After pick up from your London or Heathrow hotel, we will make our way to Windsor Castle, where over 900 years of royal history await you. Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest continuously occupied castle in the world and an official residence of our present King, Charles III. Here, you will have a chance to visit the lavish state apartments, the Grand Reception Room and the Royal Chapel of St George, which serves as the resting place of many of our Kings and Queens, and also provided the setting for the 2018 royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. After our visit to Windsor Castle, we begin the journey to Southampton, a journey of approximately 75-100 minutes. When we arrive in Southampton, you will walk straight to the check in desk. Porters will take care of your luggage, ensuring it is delivered to your cabin. Please make sure you use the luggage label in your cruise pack to facilitate this. We plan to drop you at your cruise terminal between 1:30pm – 2:00pm.

This was a great way to fit in a tour on the way to our cruise ship and we very much enjoyed seeing Windsor Castle. The van was comfortable and our driver was friendly and knowledgeable.

We were picked up at our hotel and delivered to the port Ontime. The tour of Windsor Castle was fabulous. We are so glad we booked this tour.

We had a terrible time on this tour. We were the 1st of 8 scheduled pick ups. It took THREE hours for the pick ups to be completed. The guides blamed it on London traffic but if that is the case then figure it out and don’t book as many pick ups. By the time we made it to Windsor we were given less than an hour. We had to literally run to see anything in the castle, forget about seeing the actual town or Eton. We should have just done a straight transfer to Southampton as this was 5 hours in a bus and 45 minutes at Windsor. Would not recommend.

Windsor Castle was wonderful. It is the perfect stop when going from London to Southampton Cruise Port. The driver was punctual and took good care of us while getting us to the cruise port in plenty of time.
