This tour was the best thing we did on our 2 week adventure in Europe! Matt was so informative, flexible and just plain fun to tour the city with! He even modified our tour to accommodate my Beatles fandom! We saw and learned about things we expected, and many we didn’t. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was! Well worth it!

Great experience! We had a delayed flight arrival, but our guide Richard patiently waited for us at the airport. We had a comfortable ride to our hotel in a clean and spacious taxi, followed by an excellent tour of London. He kindly adjusted the locations and durations at various sights according to our preferences. It was both informative and entertaining! Money well spent!

Billie was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. He was more than happy to incorporate into the day the things we wanted to see along with what he thought (and he was right) we would enjoy. He took several pictures of us without being asked - I loved this. We felt safe, pampered, and had a blast.

Billie was great with his communication in booking the tour, picking us up from Heathrow and travelling around the sights of London. His knowledge is incredible and he shares this with an easy to understand and totally enjoyable. The cab was comfortable with much needed air con and fitted in our luggage with a game of Tetris. There were really cute touches too.

We had a wonderful tour with Liam. He was very knowledgeable and included so much history as we toured the city. It was a great introduction to London for our family.

For our first full day in beautiful London, we toured with Billy's Black Cab Tour. If I had to use one word, it would be: WOW! Billy is a fantastic, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable guide who, not only knows London areas, but knows London history. He was incredible. We all learned so much from him. We saw so very much of London. It was a truly fascinating tour. He honestly made our trip as enjoyable as it was. I would say his tours are suitable for all ages! We HIGHLY recommend this tour. You won't be sorry!!

Absolutely fantastic tour, Billy was friendly and very informative. Lots of sights to see and full background history. Highly recommended tour. We did the four hour trip and Billy picked us up from Paddington and dropped us off to do a river cruise

Billy’s tour was outstanding in every way, a 10 out of 10. Billy’s depth of knowledge and passion for London and its history exudes itself throughout his outstanding tour. He works hard to make sure that he covers all areas and sites of interest to his guests and enthusiastically adapts his agenda to accommodate any specific requests. We spent 13 days in London and did so many things during our time there. The money we spent on having Billy pick us up at Heathrow and then spending the next few hours with him for an overview of everything to do in London and surrounding area was the BEST MONEY WE SPENT while on our trip. We were busy every day and the time we spent with Billy helped us plan our days efficiently. He was also so helpful answering questions about getting around by cab, bus or tube, even tipping. Very friendly and definitely knows his stuff. We had a great time and all the info we got from Billy only made it better. He even texted with us throughout our trip answering any questions we had or giving suggestions. We will DEFINITELY use his service again. Hire him - you won't regret it!!
