5.00This was a great start for our family trip! Our guide excellent and in addition to giving us all the history he gave us great insider tips and great photos of the whole family. I highly recommend this tour, it’s worthy every penny!

5.00We booked this tour with friends who were in London for the first time. Billy was fabulous. Full of knowledge, funny and extremely accommodating. Every stop was a history lesson. We saw so much and loved every minute. He also took great photos and sent them to us.

5.00We booked this London taxi tour as a special Christmas and birthday gift for my mum, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip — every single one of us thoroughly loved it. Billy was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of London is incredible, and he has a brilliant way of mixing the must-see landmarks with fascinating places and stories you’d never think to find on your own. It felt personal, relaxed, and really well paced — never rushed, but packed with interesting sights and insights. On top of that, Billy went above and beyond by taking some amazing photos of us along the way, letting mum sit in the cab which was such a lovely touch. We honestly can’t recommend this tour enough.

5.00This tour was the best thing we did on our 2 week adventure in Europe! Matt was so informative, flexible and just plain fun to tour the city with! He even modified our tour to accommodate my Beatles fandom! We saw and learned about things we expected, and many we didn’t. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was! Well worth it!

5.00Great experience! We had a delayed flight arrival, but our guide Richard patiently waited for us at the airport. We had a comfortable ride to our hotel in a clean and spacious taxi, followed by an excellent tour of London. He kindly adjusted the locations and durations at various sights according to our preferences. It was both informative and entertaining! Money well spent!

5.00Billie was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. He was more than happy to incorporate into the day the things we wanted to see along with what he thought (and he was right) we would enjoy. He took several pictures of us without being asked - I loved this. We felt safe, pampered, and had a blast.

5.00Billie was great with his communication in booking the tour, picking us up from Heathrow and travelling around the sights of London. His knowledge is incredible and he shares this with an easy to understand and totally enjoyable. The cab was comfortable with much needed air con and fitted in our luggage with a game of Tetris. There were really cute touches too.

5.00For our first full day in beautiful London, we toured with Billy's Black Cab Tour. If I had to use one word, it would be: WOW! Billy is a fantastic, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable guide who, not only knows London areas, but knows London history. He was incredible. We all learned so much from him. We saw so very much of London. It was a truly fascinating tour. He honestly made our trip as enjoyable as it was. I would say his tours are suitable for all ages! We HIGHLY recommend this tour. You won't be sorry!!
