All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

2.00Very disappointing experience on a Saturday in May. This is marketed as a "Hop-On Hop-Off" Thames boat ticket, but in practice it was anything but. We had to wait up to an hour each time, despite boats supposedly running every 30 minutes. The timetable was hopelessly inaccurate, boats were running late, and at one point stops were simply missed out with passengers told to swap boats instead. Waiting on a pier for an hour with very young children in 30°C heat, without clear information from staff about when the next boat would arrive, was incredibly frustrating. It should not be described as hop-on hop-off if passengers are left waiting this long with such poor communication.

5.00Travelling around London on the Thames Clipper/Uber Boat is the best! It was both a form of transportation and an informal tour of London. The staff were all very lovely and very hardworking. They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The boat itself was very spacious and very clean. It was the best way to get around London.

2.00Booked the family hop on, hop off ticket. Due to the heat and Bank Holiday we struggled to even hop on. There was over an hour wait at some piers and only letting a few passengers on at a time. They really should plan for the weather and not sell so many tickets if they cannot accommodate the people who have booked. Once finally on board we tried to purchase a cold drink, no soft drinks or water available when it was 35 degrees!! Would probably recommend a sightseeing tour instead.

5.00Honestly, Uber Boat was one of the most enjoyable ways for me to watch London 🚤 You sit by the window and the city slowly begins to float before your eyes: Big Ben, London Eye, bridges, ancient buildings, glass city, people on the waterfront, red buses... At some point, I realized I didn't even want to take my phone out. Well, very beautiful ✨

4.00The service is reliable and safety protocols are adequate. There is a café/bar and restroom on board. We stopped at the Clipper lounge for scones and tea which were really tasty and well-priced.

5.00We joined the Uber boat tour in London and had a really great experience. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The boat was comfortable, the views were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. It was a lovely way to see London from a different perspective. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!

3.00The Uber boat is very nice, very clean. However, I chose wrong because II am not familiar with London and was looking for a guided tour. This was the Uber boat taking people to destinations that they were familiar with. I chose wrong. I should have chose a guided tour.

5.00The best view to London and you also avoid traffic 👍 Very interesting and comfortable. Also there is cafe in the ferry which is amazing for long trips like Putney/Greenwich
