All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

5.00Boat ride was smooth and comfortable with great views of London Staff were consistently excellent with special mention to Alicia (Bankside, 16:30, 5/2/26). Alicia was extremely warm and friendly, checking on each group, repeatedly, despite the cold, miserable weather

5.00Staff are excellent lovely way to visit sights along the river seems expensive but much quicker and easier if you're based in Greenwich or want to visit bewildering array of offers and ticket prices so do your homework to find the one which best suits your needs and pocket

4.00It is good choice, either to use it as a taxi, or just to take a walk along the river. It's worth it especially at night. The only thing I missed is some more information in the boarding area. We arrived at night and there was no one there to ask, nor was the timetable for the next trips anywhere. At least Westminster Pier, which is where we got on. Otherwise, all good.

5.00It was nice and warm with plenty of boats to hop on and off, the coffee on board was top quality too, but I was very disappointed that there was no actual guide to inform us of what sights we were passing. The interactive map is not very helpful or fun to use. I was expecting some sort of audio guide.

5.00We met the lovely, helpful Norman at the Embankment Pier who recommended we buy the one day ticket. He made buying the right ticket so easy. We went to Greenwich & after lunch went up to North Greenwich to look round the O2. We had the most beautiful ride back in the twilight to the Embankment pier. The river Thames is so beautiful by night. We finished our day by a drink in the lovely Uber lounge on Embankment pier. A perfect day.

5.00A wonderful sunny morning was perfect to use this brilliant service to travel from Putney to Greenwich ( which took about an hour and a half ) You get some superb views of Londons riverside sites as you travel along for the most part at a sedate pace. Although beware the boat does pick up speed very quickly at times. There are ample stops along the river to alight for sightseeing or to dovetail your journey with the Tube. There was ample warm seating indoors although the outdoor seats were more limited in number. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and in my experience the boats ran very much to schedule. There is a small shop within the boat for snacks. Overall I was thrilled with my first Uber boat trip and it won’t be my last.
