All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

5.00Easy on, easy off. David Notarious greeting us at the London Bridge dock and gave us helpful information. Def'ly would use this mode of transportation. Great way to see architecture and bridges from on the Thames!

5.00Just wonderful - my friend left her phone on the boat and the lovely Norman managed to get it back for her by getting in touch with crew and staff - it allowed us to enjoy our holiday which would have been a nightmare had she lost it . So thank you Norman
