1.00Completely unacceptable experience. I arrived more than 20 minutes early for the Louvre tour and there was no guide, no representative, and no clear presence at the meeting point. I repeatedly called support during the scheduled time with no response, and only received a message after the tour had already started. Despite the service failure being entirely on their side, they refused both a refund and any rescheduling. Extremely poor organisation and zero customer support when it actually matters.

5.00The tour guide Florence was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very clear on the instructions of the meeting points. The trip was a little bit high in price but worth it. Unfortunately we weren't able to do the cruise because of the flooding but other than that it was a great day trip.
