Please note that the duration of the hosted tour is 1h at the Louvre Museum. If you select the Guided Visit option, the duration of the visit at the Louvre is 2h
If you select the Hosted Visit of the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay Ticket, you will be required to reach the Musée d'Orsay on your own

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure to complete check-in. If you arrive after the scheduled tour time, your booking will be considered a no-show, as Louvre entry tickets are timed

5.00This was a 5 star experience! From checking in, to entering and our guide Remi was nothing short of spectacular! Our daughter had additional needs and needed to use the elevator. He assisted with this with ease! He was engaging, knowledgeable, and kept the tour moving. I would 100% recommend this tour! Thank you Remi!

1.00They only sell and do not follow up, I was on time, I trained to be able to enter the museum, no one indicated that I should see them outside, I lost 2 hours and then they no longer gave me my tickets, that I had lost them because I was not there, very bad follow-up and also very expensive, better to buy direct at the museum

1.00We were on time and the place was a zoo. Could not find out guide. Made every effort possible to find them. They made no effort to contact me. Terrible service. When finally was able to make contact they wanted us to to walk to their office to get the tickets to the second half of our tour. We don’t want to do just ½. I was told they could not guarantee a refund. Well AMEX will.

5.00This was perfect for me and my adult daughter. We didn’t have enough time in Paris to spend a day at the Louvre, so this is just what we needed. Checkin was easy, and our group was small maybe 20 people. Our guide was excellent as she showed us around. After her portion of the tour was over, you are free to explore on your own, or leave the museum.

5.00When I arrived at the meeting point they told me that the tour I had bought was with audio guide and that the person who was going to accompany us would only show us the artworks without further explanation, when in the description it did not say that, it said that it was guided tour. Fortunately they were able to change me to the François group who did explain the works and made the tour very enjoyable. That's just why I give him 5 ️.

In a very limited amount of time, he managed to show us the most important highlights and explained everything in great detail, with impressive knowledge and passion. The tour was both informative and engaging, and we learned a lot. I can highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Louvre.
