Lower Antelope Canyon is one the most exquisitely photographed attractions in the Page Lake Powell area. Many visitors prefer the Lower Antelope Canyon to the Upper because it is less crowded, has light throughout, is longer, and offers great variety. Please wear comfortable shoes for this 600 meter trip. Lower Antelope Canyon Tours has smaller group sizes and the guide stays with you during the entire tour, sharing information about the geology, history, and Navajo Traditional ways. The Lower Antelope Canyon tends to be less crowded than the Upper Antelope Canyon and is preferred by many because of its narrow canyon walls and ladders that take you to the levels that have been carved by flash floods from the upper mesas. The sandstone walls are exquisitely formed, and the Lower Antelope Canyon offers a longer canyon exploration.

Our guide provided a wonderful walk through the Lower Antelope Canyon, describing the history of the canyon, the geology of how the canyon was formed, and how the Navajo used the canyon. The rock is beautiful and our guide, Kyle?, pointed out a number of amazing rock formations. We really enjoyed the tour!

5.00The canyon is just as beautiful and strange as it is shown in pictures. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and took several pictures of us in photogenic spots. The only downside was the large number of people in the canyon at one time - it was a bit like being herded. However, I did not feel rushed.

5.00They were very nice on arrival and flexible to update reservation hours. The reception desk is just where the visit starts, no need to waste time in commuting. The guide was also helping with the pictures. The place is really beautiful.

5.00Tour was amazing. The Canyon was beautiful and Peter, our guide, was very knowledgeable. I was a bit worried because I am extremely claustrophobic but it wasn't bad at all. You were able to see the sky the whole way through which helped to not feel closed in. .
Must see slot canyon near Page, AZ.

5.00Nice exposure to a spectacular slot canyon with beautiful sandstone features carved from wind and water. Easy 1.5 hour guided tour with many photo opportunities. Easy access from Page, AZ. Jason was our guide and he did a great job.
The tour guides are amazing! Be sure to tip them well.

5.00Dixie’s antelope canyon tour was an amazing experience. Our tour guide Armondo was just as amazing full of knowledge and passion about the canyon. He truly made the experience ten times better than expected. Highly recommend booking your lower canyon tour with them. I hope to come back in the future and experience the canyon again with Dixie’s.

5.00Words can’t describe the views and experience on this tour. My guide Armando made sure we got the best pictures of the canyon and was very knowledgeable about its history. It was definitely something I’ll never forget!
