This private countryside tour led by a local certified guide will take you to Vianden, where you will explore the medieval town and its iconic castle, followed by a ride on the famous chairlift that offers stunning views of the city.
The journey continues through Luxembourg’s “Little Switzerland,” with a stop at the picturesque Schiessentümpel waterfall for some photo opportunities.
Next, the tour heads to Echternach, the oldest town in Luxembourg, where you will visit the basilica and wander through the charming old town.
On the return to Luxembourg City, the tour passes through the scenic Moselle Valley, providing beautiful views of both Luxembourg and German vineyards. After a visit to a local winery and a wine tasting, the local certified guide will drive you back to your hotel.

5.00Fantastic way to discover the natural beauty of the countryside while taking in such beautiful and historical sights such as Vianden Castle, the stunning Mullerthal region (Little Switzerland), the ancient town of Echternach (oldest in Luxembourg) capped off with a visit to a long established winery right next to the Moselle River. Our guide, Ken, a very passionate native of Luxembourg was outstanding and his in depth knowledge and engaging manner made our day truly memorable. Quite simply it was the best day tour of many we have taken over the last 10 years. Would highly recommend.

5.00Our guide Ken was amazing and offered a wealth of information on Luxembourg. He was a lot of fun. The tour was fabulous. I highly recommend it. We also visited the Battle of the Bulge American cemetery/memorial instead of the winery…. Also highly recommended. It was an amazing feeling.

5.00Our guide Ken was amazing. Fantastic tour. Our highlight was Mullerthal Park and waking through the Forrest and rock. It was great to see the countryside and do a bit of wine tasting as well.

5.00Went with hy wife, as part of a 6 week touring trip around Europe on our motorcycles, & with dog. Absolutely loved Luxembourg. The City itself & surrounding areas as a country. All transport is free to travel around the city. Great experience had, great people met. Will definitely go again 💯%

5.00Great place to visit in Luxembourg, I've been here too, interesting, great tour, we saw a detailed introduction to most of the country, especially the walking tour of central Luxembourg. Vianden Castle, the oldest city and winery are great.
