  Everything was great, completely hustle free. They were even so kind to change the time for us the day before (as I clicked the wrong time). Highly recommend! The guide was super friendly and answered all of the questions we had :)

  We joined a half-day tour in Luxor covering the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, with Barakat as our guide, and it turned out to be a very satisfying experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, it was clear that Barakat combines solid knowledge of ancient Egyptian history with a genuine interest in making the visit enjoyable and meaningful for his guests. Transportation was excellent throughout the tour: the car was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the driving was smooth, punctual and professional. The Valley of the Kings was breathtaking: the tombs we visited were surprisingly well preserved, with stunning colours and artistic detail. It is truly remarkable that these works of art and architecture are still standing today. The Temple of Hatshepsut was another highlight. Beyond its imposing presence, Barakat did a great job explaining who Hatshepsut was and why her reign was so remarkable, which added a lot of depth and inspiration to the visit. One aspect we particularly appreciated was Barakat’s communication. His Spanish is fantastic —even more impressive when you learn how recently he started studying it— and he constantly made an effort to improve, asking questions, repeating words to refine pronunciation, and adapting his explanations to ensure everything was clear. His curiosity, intelligence and dedication really stand out. The pace of the tour was also spot on: never rushed, always attentive to our comfort, and with a genuine concern that we felt at ease both with the visits and the conversation. On the way to Hatshepsut’s temple, we also made a previously agreed extra stop at a traditional stone workshop. We found some beautiful handcrafted pieces there, but the stop was entirely optional and handled with no pressure at all. In short, time flew not only because of the extraordinary historical sites, but because of the quality of the guiding. Barakat’s professionalism, warmth and thoughtful approach made the experience feel personal, engaging and well balanced. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a calm, insightful and genuinely rewarding tour in Luxor.

  We did the Valley of the kings and Temple of Hatshepsut tour in Luxor in Spanish with Bakarat, and we would definitely recommend him for his solid knowledge of ancient Egyptian history and his fluency in Spanish. The tour included the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and a short stop at the Colossi of Memnon. The Valley of the Kings visit includes access to three tombs (Ramses IV, Ramses IX and ) which are truly impressive, both in terms of preservation and artistic detail. The Temple of Hatshepsut was equally interesting, not only because of its historical and architectural value, but also because it allowed us to learn more about the figure of Hatshepsut herself. Bakarat’s explanations were interesting and well structured. They helped us understand much better the significance of being in these places thousands of years later, as well as the extraordinary architectural and artistic talent of the pharaonic period. His historical context and explanations added real depth to the experience. We also stopped at a stone handicraft workshop, where it was possible to see how some traditional objects are made. There is the option to buy souvenirs, and the pieces are nice, but this stop is not essential and can be taken simply as an informative visit. Overall, this was a well-organized and enriching experience, especially thanks to the Bakarat’s knowledge and clear communication in Spanish.

  The tour guide was very helpful, on time, and knew when it was time for us to call it a day (walking in the mid afternoon in Luxor in Dec, can be exhausting as the heat rapidly goes up). We learnt lots from her. Easy booking, great service.

  Aladdin was a great guide that enlightened our tour! Temple valley and Hatshipput temple are a must view in Luxor and all Egipt. Thanks to our guide that has guided through this marvellous and historical places telling stories, history and curiosities!
