  Primarily, we were able to see the Pearl Harbor memorial which was our goal. This was in no way what I would call luxury as it was named. Our pick up was half an hour late. Transportation was in a van and not terribly roomy for 10 people. The description of the day included lunch. After touring the memorial we were given a can of juice and a very small granola bar. We were told there were hot dogs available for purchase at the memorial so nothing like an included lunch even though the excursion went from 9:30am to almost 4pm. Adequate but not special in any way.

  This turned out to be an incredible experience. Unfortunately, we could not find the meeting point; however, Melissa & our driver were extremely understanding. They were both friendly and helpful, while offering informative details as we travelled to Pearl Harbor. As a retired service member visiting Pearl Harbor was a little emotional, but very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour.

  This is the perfect small tour. And the guide was great. He played a recording on the drive to Pearl Harbour that was great to listen to before getting to the park. Definitely recommend this tour.

  Our driver Dave picked us up on time and was an excellent driver. He provided the group with what to expect at Pearl Harbor. He also gave us history of the area and informed tour on return trip.

  My experience was trash your driver canceled without notice your customer service sucked and could not reschedule without trying to double charge me very bad experience you guys suck

  Great tour guide. Friendly and gave a great amount of knowledge about Hawaii. Made it much easier to see attractions without stress.

  Not enough time at Pearl Harbor. Arizona memorial was closed. Not told this ahead of time but do not think the schedule is available to far in advance. Overall a decent tour.

  The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour bus was supposed to seat 11 passengers and the driver. Luckily we were traveling with my 6 year old because otherwise there is no way the back seat of this bus would fit 4 adults. My husband, son and I were in the back seat with another gentleman. The others on the trip would not have been able to climb into the back seat so we didn’t have a choice. Essentially my son was sitting over a wheel well and had a very small part on the seat while I sat on his seatbelt buckle. This should absolutely be limited to the driver and 10 people max instead of packing people in making for a very uncomfortable 30 minute drive there and 45-60 minute drive back (including a short tour of Honolulu). Also some type of quick lunch spot stop would be helpful because there was very limited food at Pearl Harbor (a hot dog stand) and 930-3 is a lengthy time to go with only drinks provided, especially with kids.
