Pickup Details (for Arrival Transfers): Providenciales International Airport (PLS) After you clear customs, exit the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting outside in the parking area. Please tell the dispatcher your name and our company name. If you do not see your driver after a few minutes, please contact us for immediate assistance. Please provide: • Flight number • Arrival time • Hotel/villa name and address (Please be advised that all rides are per two traveler) Important Arrival & Delay Information To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please note the following: • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, your transfer may overlap with another guest’s scheduled pickup. – You may choose to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available driver. – If you prefer not to wait, you are eligible for a partial refund. • Communication Required: Please notify us of any changes to your flight or arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us adjust schedules and reduce conflicts with other bookings. • Same-Day Changes: Same-day adjustments to your booking (for reasons not related to airline delays) can be rebooked for $20 per person, based on availability.

5.00Karien was right on time, despite our MAJOR delay in getting through immigration/customs. She was super helpful in telling us about the islands en route to our hotel, and we’ve already booked her for a return trip to the airport. She’s great!

5.00My family and I have just returned from a week vacation in Provo, Turks and Caicos We had the pleasure of meeting KP during our initial transport from the airport to our destination. She was a complete professional, giving us all the knowledge of the island that we asked for-a complete professional in every way. Little did we know that during our stay, KP and Emmanuel would go to such great lengths to ensure that our stay was everything we dreamed of! They were available to transport us anywhere we wanted to go with complete punctuality, efficiency, and care. They both took the time on their days off on Sunday to accommodate our seven person group. There are not enough positive words to convey our gratitude and appreciation for both KP and Emmanuel! They made our trip extremely special-getting hugs at our drop off at the airport from KP was my favorite interaction with her! KP and Emmanuel, the seven of us want to thank you so much for giving us one of the best weeks we have had together on the island! Highly, highly recommend both of them! ♥️

5.00KP was quick to pick us up from the airport. She was super friendly and happy to chat with us on the ride to our resort. We also arranged for return transport and happened to be ready earlier than our agreed time so she arranged to have us picked up within 5 minutes of letting her know!

5.00Karen was wonderful! She picked us up at the airport and even made adjustments after I originally gave her the wrong day. We ended up with Karen again when our hotel called for a ride for us. The traffic was bad this time and she took other ways to get us to our dinner reservations in amazing time instead of sitting in traffic! We also had her number to directly contact her to be picked up from dinner and of course she was there in minutes. Karen then saw us at the fish fry and was sure to come by and talk with us and help us out with recommendations so thoughtful and helpful of her going out of her way! I can’t say enough of how amazed we were of her driving and helpfulness with tips for our own driving.

5.00We had an outstanding experience with KP as our driver in Turks and Caicos. She was always punctual and professional, and airport transfers were seamless and stress-free. Safety was clearly a top priority, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service, along with great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do on the island. Her local knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced our vacation. She soon became like family and we all are appreciative of her for our trip.
