5.00We booked this trip in advance of our cruise stop at Civitavecchia for Rome. I received an email almost immediately asking for our ship details, disembarkation time and details of any museum/attraction visits we may have already booked. I replied with all of our details, plus details of the points of interest we wished to visit. I was advised by return that I would be emailed the day prior to the trip with details of our driver. This happened exactly as promised. We were met directly off the ship and escorted by complementary port shuttle to our waiting vehicle. We were a party of 9 and during the booking process we found it was very difficult to get a private tour for more than 8 people but there were no issues here. Our mini van could easily have taken more guests and we had plenty of room to relax for the journey. The trip went very smoothly, traffic was kind and we were directed to look at points of interest along the way which was an added bonus we were not expecting. We were taken to our pre-selected points of interest and were always given clear directions and adequate time to make the most of the visit. We were given a contact number and could just text if we were finished sooner than expected. The driver and guide then returned within minutes. We were always asked what we wanted to do and our preferences were always accommodated. We were returned to the ship in plenty of time and delivered directly to the port shuttle to return to the ship. It was a well organised, faultless tour and we always felt looked after and that our needs were considered. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour. 5.00Emanuele might actually be the best driver in Rome. Seriously, the guy has skills like no one else. He knows everything about the city. He is so nice to be with, and made our crazy one day in Rome experience something we will always remember. If you are doing this trip ask for Emanuele. Trust me, you won't regret it!

1.001. Driver was rude. yelled about snacks in vehicle even when not eating 2. guide was incompetent. had no knowledge of tour companies, starting points, didn't read ticket rules on paper, took us to wrong location for both tours, had to walk (and had 2 people have issues with steps) and ask directions on the way. 2nd tour we completely missed..were not even there at the time for colostrum tour Were told had to get private tour or self guided tour. Then told our colostrum time of 3:45 assigned for 1:50 tour was too late and we had to leave at 4 instead of 4 instead of 4:30. finally got in at 3:30 and rushed out at 4 without elders
