When you pre-book our luxury transfer, our goal is to get you to your destination without hassle. A driver will meet you at the selected Pickup location holding a sign with your name. 1.00I booked the VIP service to pick me up at the airport. There was no one there to greet us. I had to ask several people in the airport to help me. They looked at my voucher and knew who to call. I waited in the heat for over 30 minutes. The driver finally showed up. All I got was a sorry. No drinks no snacks as stated in the VIP description. I paid $36.00 for a one mile ride to the hotel. Definitely not worth it. I was fortunate to cancel my return's “VIP” service to the airport.

2.00He did not show up but sent someone to arrange a cab for us. VIATOR should remove Luxury VIP from their listing. They are clearly not up to your standards .
