When you pre-book our luxury transfer, our goal is to get you to your destination without hassle. A driver will meet you at the selected Pickup location holding a sign with your name. At arrival your driver then escorts you to the vehicle and takes you to your desired destination in style and comfort.

He did not show up but sent someone to arrange a cab for us. VIATOR should remove Luxury VIP from their listing. They are clearly not up to your standards .

My flight was an hour late and customs took an hour. My driver didn’t wait for me and you rep put me on a cab with other fairs to be taken to different hotels. My trip from the airport to my hotel was 2 1/2 hours. Bad experience,

It is very comforting to arrive and know everything is taken care of. Our driver Paul was FANTASTIC! He even took us to the grocery for a quick stop to pick up a couple of essentials on our way to our condo.
